The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us with our requests. Especially the front receptionist "Desak Putu" she is really helpful all the time, whenever we need, whenever we call she was there and the room, facilities, and location was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic view of the city. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the eyes and the taste buds, with a wide variety of delicious options & the pool area is really incredibly good and clean. I really appreciating the staff effort, #Desak and Suci. The spa and massage is really good and so relaxing , the spa Girl is #Desi is really good and experienced . I recommend her. Thanks for your service 🤝♥️😍👏🏻

Everything is good

Simple, clean, comfortable accommodation for a reasonable price. Short walk to resources and slightly further to main areas.

Nothing significant. Just noted it was about 20-30 mins walk to the main areas/beach but you can also get cheap transport there which makes it only 5mins, minor note only.

I like everything about this hotel close to city center,,shaping malls and restaurants. The staff were excellent especially Ivanda , Bintang and Yogik they help a lot with so many things.they are the most honest and friendly person I ever met. I stay 15 days in this hotel I really enjoyed my time there. Even though most of the time I forgot to put the cleaning signs on the door when I come back to the hotel at night time my room was clean and tidy the reason Ivanda,Bintang and Yogik always had care about the guest and the hotel Thank you Crystal Kuta hotel and especial thanks to Ivanda ,Bintang and Yogik You guys mad my holiday so especially See guys again and again

The hotel is close from the airport less than 12 minutes. Very clean hotel with amazing staffs. I’d like to highlight the positive interactions and helpfulness of the hotel's staff especially with Ms Desak when we checked out. She was so friendly and even talk to us while we are waiting for our driver. The breakfast its not bad, many varieties of foods , Indonesian food & Indonesian traditional cakes (delicious 😊). The cafe sells many delicious cheesecake, croissants. The mango cheesecake was delicious! Again the interactions with staff from cafe was also positive! I’d recommended this hotel to anyone.

if I may suggest the chef to add “Ketan Hitam with coconut milk on the menu in the future😄🙏.

Stayed for 2 nights Pros: beautiful ambience in restaurant/pool area. - Lovely setup and smoking/ non-smoking spots to sit around the pool area and relax. - Very friendly staffs especially in restaurant and the housekeeping boys. Everyone knows how to give service with a smile. Restaurant staffs are friendly and even heated my leftover lunch when requested. - I love their breakfast as it includes a traditional cart with local foods, drinks and sweets. They mostly serve vegetarian, chicken and no beef/ pork so good for indians. - Housekeeping very efficient and quick, will come within minutes after requesting any thing. - Lifts are quick but have to press the buttons quite hard. Also, slippery floor if wet so be careful - Close proximity to airport so great spot for transit. Close to mall, Krishna store

- bathrooms in need of renovation - very noisy and no soundproof at all. You can hear everything from next door, dogs barking, traffic from the main road, people walking and talking in the corridor, music from pool area. So if you're a light sleeper make sure to carry earplugs. - Rooms are showing wear-and-tear. - AC will only cool when set on lowest temperature and is very noisy. - space is quite restricted if 2 adults with 2 luggage are staying together as there's no luggage holder or extra space to put your things. - Not many hooks on wall.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms are cleaned every day. A large mirror in the room (a big plus). The hotel has a cafe where you can buy delicious desserts and a restaurant. The location is on a busy street, but in my room there was no noise.

Breakfasts were tasty but unfortunately the same every day, if you stay longer than a few days you have to eat the same thing every day. There is no possibility to cross the street because there is no pedestrian crossing and the road has a total of 4 lanes (cars never stop).

This was great for an overnight trip before going on to Java. Close to the airport it had everything we needed. Iranising puck up to the hotel was easy, and they communicated well. Even though our flufht was delayed hotel staff were welcomi g and helpful in spite of ut being 11.40pm. The pool is great and everything attractive. The staff were especially pleasant and very helpful. The manager, Gus Yogi, is exceptional in his attention to detail and pleasantness with guests The breakfast was expansive, fresh and plentiful. The restaurant is excellent. Modern and attractive. A great variety of meals, snacks and drinks. Our Lunch with mocktails was delicious and generous.

There was no hair-dryer in the room tho both online the room information told us it would be in the bathroom or or clothes cupboard. On alerting the front desk, they said you had to ask for one. There was nothing of this in any information. They need to update the info or put one in the room. It's no good finding out after you have showered and are dressing for your event.

I really recommend Crystalkuta. It's not far from the airport, next to the hotel there are two shops with souvenirs. Staff from the hotel was very helpful and kind. They had really wonderful various breakfast! Also you can find different atractions during your stay in hotel - really nice pool, restaurant, karaoke, cooking classes and spa. Some of them are for an additional fee but in my opinion are worth it. Especially I would like to recommend balinese spa and massagist Via. That was wonderful time in spa. Via was very kind and gentle. One of the best massages in my life ☺️ The room and bathroom were clean. One minus in my opinion is bathroom condition - the door really needs replacing, the bathroom needs refreshing. But despite it I rate my stay as successful and worth the price!

It is a very cozy and nice hotel with all facilities. The front desk and housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was huge with Indonesian and Western options. Food was also good. Location, though wasn’t in a touristy spot but was very close to department store, doctor, coffee shop and fast food joint. I would like to name Mr Yande at the front desk who was there during check-in process and also during check-out. He was very helpful in check-in and check-out process. He was very friendly and cheerful.

Nothing more to list here because it was bang for the buck. However, to point out may be, - room size were a bit smaller - maybe a soap could have been included in the toiletries. - I felt a couple of restaurant staff were a bit unfriendly and seemed a bit rude. - Their bar and restaurant closes by 10 PM. I feel it can be extended a bit.
