The staff at Santika were fantastic. Always willing to help, friendly and respectful. Couldn't fault their professionalism and kindness. Quiet facility, not often bothered by other guests during the day.

This was my own fault for not reading details carefully. Breakfast was traditional Indonesian style. Although eggs done the way you wanted, for a westerner choices were limited. Being out of the way of main center meant we had to rely heavily on taxis to go anywhere. First day we walked, got lost and ended up doing an 8km walk to get to main shopping areas. There were only 2 venues for food within walking distance both live seafood with limited menus.

The location is in the city with good restaurants and shops nearby. The choice of breakfast is good. Friendly staff. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The hotel is clean. Ample parking space.

Needed more channels with customer language choice or provide Internet TV to access Youtube or similar platforms

Location was in a very busy street. You cannot cross the road without the assistance of the staff.

The staff is very good. Thank you for upgrading our room, and gave a special American breakfast cooked instead by the chef, also let us for late checkout. Its only 55.000 rupiah to airport international departure. 5 minutes walking to busy Legian street.

Room a bit small but you get everything

they are located near the beach and restaurants. the staff is super friendly (and the security guards was lovely) it’s 20-30 minutes with scooter to canggu and 30-40 minutes to uluwatu. the hotel can help you rent a scooter

one of the staff was very unhelpful and misunderstood almost everything. wich led to us overpaid. luckily the other staff was great and helped us.

The front rooms are on a very busy road and the location is not very close to the beach.

- connecting door is great - breakfast has a lot of variety. Very good. - good songs were playing during breakfast.

- no gym - pool should be 24 hours - one of room has no window.

No universal power socket nor adapter available, Shower drain was slow, and some hot foods were luke warm when you have it about 9am up.
