A superb breakfast buffet offering both Western and Asian choices..The staff,as in the rest of this property were so hospitable, genuinely warm and friendly.Thry really could not do enough for you.

My slight criticism was the room size which we found to be a bit tight on space and with some prompt discussion with management and little fuss they were most happy to offer me at no extra charge one of their larger corner deluxe rooms....Most professional and courteous service. The pool area and gym were excellent,though the gym could quite happily accommodate a couple more pieces of equipment,but otherwise faultless.

The friendliness, the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The staff in the breakfast restaurant go out of their way to suggest dishes you may not have tasted before. There is a wide choice of dishes for visitors from all around the world to choose from.

Sometimes the noise of dogs barking can be heard during the night.

I want to share my awesome experience at this hotel. Staff makes this hotel as a five star experience . Very friendly and efficient staff. Very welcoming can’t remember everyone’s name, but each individual is outstanding in their role. Special mention to Rian at swimming pool bar and duty managers at the receptions are outstanding as well. Even the rooms were very clean and friendly housekeeping staff. Only one suggestion I have for kitchen Making breakfast, please change the menu every day or so. Because it could be boring If you stay for a week. Otherwise, overall experience outstanding. Breakfast was almost same every single day. I feel the kitchen can do better rest. It was very good.

We stayed for 7 nights at the hotel and it was amazing. From the Security guards, to reception, to housekeeping to the breakfast crew, we were amazed at the level of customer service. Everyone here is so happy, humble and welcoming and ready to help out with whatever you want. I want to personally thank the following staff who always welcomed us, spoke to us and made us feel so much at home. They knew my name from day one and I was so amazed they remembered it. A big shout out to Ms Oya (reception), Ms Novi, Ms Giwan and Ms Mentari (the Breakfast team) were all exceptional and I will always remember their kindness. I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel because of all these lovely staff. Bali is a beautiful place but what captured my heart are its people. A big bonus with the hotel is the gallon of bottled water in each room. Breakfast was good and there was a lot of choice and good live cooking too. Give a 5 star to this hotel and especially its staff.

Nothing that I did not like

The friendly staff is unbeatable, they all super helpful and make my stay feel okay. Front Office Staff, most of them are great and I am happy to shout out loudly that FO staff namely Mr. Krisna is super amazing, helpful and he deserve to nominee employee of the month/year. FB Staff, Mba Giwang is the winner, she know's what i want without asking and she's greet me every morning with my name, Pak Dar, is also great and offer me a help every morning when I have a breakfast, and the rest of FB staff is super awesome and i cant recall their name one by one! Overall, good stay at this hotel.

Nice pool (though smaller than expected), new gym, great breakfast.The staff went out of their way to ask how things were going and made it clear they wish to improve things.

Perhaps not the most convenient location. Check in was initially complicated (the first staff member to help me was less friendly and tried to get me to put an extra deposit down “in case” I ended up with additional charges). The gym could use some more equipment too.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious. It has absolutely everything you need. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It was an absolute pleasure staying there. The breakfast is very good with a great variety of food and the best hot latte I ever had. The restaurant food was great, reasonably priced and the staff again, extremely nice. A quiet location. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The only downside is that is a bit far from shops,restaurants and the beach but we installed the Grab which was very cheap to get you anywhere. If you like a quiet place, this is definitely one.

We stayed there with our 2 sons aged 17 and 23 and absolutely loved everything about the place!! From the rooms and the gym to the pool and the restaurant. Can't fault it. And the staff were sooo nice and always welcoming. Rooms had air-conditioning and so clean!! The buffet breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommended!!

A little far from the shops but short taxi or scooter trip costs a couple of dollars to the main streets in Legian and Seminyak.

I loved everything about your hotel. The architecture allowing natural breezes through, creating piecful heaven around magnificent pool, totally acousticly proofed courtyard like stracture, the interior design of the room was delicate, plush and kept in mind relaxing tones, lighting had abilities to create working space or relaxing atmosphere. Having a balcony with comfortable couch and views of the pool, saved me endless trips outside to have a cigarette. And you stuff! Oh my God, reception: no nonsense, smart, on the ball, not just speak English, speak human. Special word to Ulan from breakfast bar. She did to me more than years of visiting psychologist did. She touched my soul, she encouraged me, she gave me hope and power to fight for my sons life. I travelled the world, marriott always my choice, your team exided my expectations, humbled me, made me believe in power of humanity again. Thank you. All blessings. And lots of customers your way.

Staff were fabulous and attentive. Breakfast really is as good as everyone is saying it is, exceeded expectations. Really good gym for a hotel, with everything in working order.

We got a premium pool view room. The room was quite small, and on ground floor corner so little natural light. Shrubs prevented an actual view of the pool but I guess they provided privacy too.
