Staff are absolutely more than helpful. The room is basic with a desk, wardrobe, chair, queen bed and sidetable. The bathroom has a shower head, western toilet with bum washer and sink. No kettle, bar fridge or iron ect. Just basic stuff, not a problem. There's an Indomart attached at the front that has toiletries, water, drink, chips ect, which was really handy. Any challenges I faced were easily outweighed by the comfort and tiny amount it cost for a month stay there.

The bathroom was smelly, and is only cleaned in a basic manner. For me, the answer was to bleach it down on the first day, and not issues after that. The towels and mattress and sheets are tidy, but do show signs of 'use' (if you get my drift?). As tge room was so cheap, and it's a guesthouse, I had no issue with anything. I requested the AC be cleaned as it made me cough during the night, as a result the staff had a fellow give it a good clean the very next day with no worries afterwards.

My room had a brand new air con so it was for sure the best air con so far on my trip. I loved the pool,great for doing laps. My room with tv and comfortable bed and big verandah. Great location,a short four minute walk to IKEA and World Cats Exhibition. The Almond Café with hammock seats across the road is a big hit.

The only thing was that you need to bring your own toilet paper,but that's not a biggie and that the handle on my toilet was broken to flush.

All good, quiet place, clean pool and good staff.

Maybe add soap in the bathroom dispensers. That's all 🙏🏼

Good value. Large room. Good a/c. 15min walk to Legian rd. Food courts closer and a great mini mart right out front.

Arrived at 12.15 and was told that even though my room was ready I couldn’t check into it until 2pm. Seemed unreasonable considering I was staying 8 nights. My pillows were very mouldy. I noticed on day 3 after it started seeping through the pillow cases. It took over 24hours to get them replaced.

I like the location is close to Kuta Beach and easy to get around

the toilet flush was broken and they promised someone would come to fix it but nothing happened. And also the smell of the bathroom is not very pleasant because they don't clean it properly.

The guest house is cheaper. It is conveniently located near Siloam Hospital, which made it easy for us to walk there after our check-up.

The environment was noisy, as a group in a different room appeared to be drinking and making loud noises. Additionally, there was no power outlet in the main room, so we had to charge our phones in the toilet, which was quite inconvenient.

Nearby AlfaMart, easy to find or buy some instant food.

Stated in description has an iron, when ask for iron, staff said we don't have iron. Booking stated old description. What a reason !
