Great place to stay. Very well designed property. Liked the small details considered in planning. Bigger sized room than other hotels. Good food. They even provided shaving cream, razor and sewing kit. TV has so many channel options. They also have 24 hrs kitchen and also accepted foreign cards for payments. I have been to many hotels but this one exceeded my expectations.

Some fruits like durian are not allowed in the hotel. Such rules should be explicitly shared with customers to avoid shock. In my case it was an empty box which I could not throw and carried to the hotel and the hotel initially tried to fine me. Luckily staff understood the situation and I was not fined. But may not be the case with everyone.

Breakfast was appropriate and had an acceptable variety,all looked and tasted freshly cooked,staff are very young but happy to please you

The slow toilet flashing was a concern and the location of the hotel on a road extremely busy and impossible to cross

We loved the ambience of Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest. The lobby and restaurant areas are a beautiful, calming oasis from Jalan Sunset Road. The location was perfect as our flight arrived late and we needed a rest before travelling onto our next destination. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very kind and friendly.

For us was nothing to complain about.

Comfortable room with a bath. Good location on sunset road. Tried the food in the evening in the restaurant was good.

Had breakfast but was dissapointed with the choice of foods and the coffee was not great.. The gym had 2 running machines both broken .. There was no fridge in the room also

-I loved the egg guy on the egg station with his chef hat during breakfast -When you come out of the taxi I love how somebody immediately takes your luggage for you

-We booked a Deluxe Kingsized Bedroom but it wasn't available. We got the junior sweet for the same price as an alternative for the first night BUT had to pay more if we wanted to stay in the junior sweet. Other rooms weren't unfortunately unavailable -The Internet was only good in the lobby. -The gym room was not what I expected. You couldn't set the height of the bench on a bench making it impossible to do exercises on it. There was a multi-exercise equipment where you couldnt do most of exercises in full range of motion.

The room is quite spacious. Although the interior and equipment in the room are a bit old, it is still comfortable, especially the bathroom amenities. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, matching its price.

The atmosphere and the vibe is likable. The room is spacious and clean.

The gym is out of order. Couldn’t used it during my stay. Complained to the receptionist but no action taken.

It’s very nice, I generally stay in the more busy area of Kuta but wanted to try something new and it is very lovely.

There’s nothing I haven’t liked

Not crowded, quiet and clean. The staffs are friendly and nice.

The 2 rooms were not arranged nearby, not prefer to pay extra cost for room upgrade.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

It was extremely hot and there was no air-conditioning in the restaurant and foyer areas.
