It was situated at a very accessible location. I would like to thank all the staff who assisted my during my stay, specially Alif. Always attending every query and situation with a smile and in the most courteous manner. As a hotelier myself, it was heartwarming to see such positive faces in FOH. An additional shoutout to the lady who prepared the omelette most of the days, they were delicious.

While the breakfast selection was amazing, and it did change alternative days it became predictable as well. Would definitely recommend providing a bit more diverse selection for the buffet.

I really appreciated the nice, clean rooms and the amazing staff at Diamond Hotel. My partner and I booked the hotel for two nights after we realized we'd gotten the dates wrong for our planned stay at a villa with friends - the villa's check-in date was the day after we arrived. Diamond Hotel was very accommodating; I asked if our friends could drop off their luggage in our room while we explored the markets and Beachwalk shopping mall. I also requested early check-out to head to our villa afterward. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to many markets and the Beachwalk shopping mall.

Everything were excellent. The staff were very helpful and courteous. They go out and beyond to make sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. From the front desk, housekeeping, kitchen and security team all were friendly and always ready to help.

Bathroom can be a bit cleaner, as there were some pink residues around the bathroom seals.

The staff were friendly and also ready to help, the hotel was a good location with a motorbike, a food court right opposite and some stores walking distance from it. We used their gym and pool daily, the breakfast was nice and we liked the buffet style breakfast although they didn’t change the food variety that much, probably every other day.

The parking for the motorbikes downstairs smelled funny but was bearable. The sink did drain but took some time to drain completely and ants somehow managed to get into the bathroom but none of these things were really a big deal for us.

My parents and I are really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was really comfortable, rooms were nice and daily cleaned. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Central location, nearest to the airport, a local food court just opposite the hotel and local convenience stores just walkin distance from the hotel on the right side.

- Varied breakfast and nice fruits. - Nice room with good fridge. - Table and chair allows you to comfortably work there. WiFi speed is ok and stable enough to work. - Underground parking for scooter - Staff is amazing - Location is good enough. There is McD 3 mins from the Hotel, Ikea and nice beach to surf 8 mins by scooter.

- Smell and cleanliness in the underground parking. - The room needs a little bit of refreshment (Some sockets are hardly working for example) - There is no laundry available the time we lived there

This hotel was good value for money especially for anyone on a budget.

Although i did not use the pool, it looked like it could be cleaner, although considering the cost of the room, this is a very minor criticism. Breakfast was adequate as you would expect although there were some very delicious beans in a light tasty sauce on one occasion.

All things are good except that bathroom floor mainly shower area is really slippery and they did not provide any slippers. Another thing is their router blinking strong blue when all of the lights are switched off in room during night. It was disturbing.

I like friendly staff

It was so noisy during night around 10.30 until 11.30,it’s came from my neighbors they were doing party in there room.i can’t sleep and my kids was crying because they can’t sleep.i need to call reception to help fix the situation and about 30 minutes later everything getting better. That’s my experience during our stay in diamond hotel.

The staff are all so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was really good; you can order your eggs and pancakes the way you like and there is also a great buffet, I really loved the Mie goreng (fried noodles). The swimming pool area is really nice. They let us keep the luggage at the hotel for free while we went to Gili Air for a few days so we could just take light luggage with us, which was so nice of them. The staff is always willing to help and assist you.

You can’t buy any drinks at the hotel to have at the pool etc (but just across the street is a food market and very close by there is Papaya the store).
