Excellent place to stay, the bed was very comfortable. The family room was spacious, and we had everything we needed. Great job to the manager and staff. We checked in after a late flight, it was no problems, and checkout time was very convenient at 12 pm. We had a nice Indonesian breakfast at a nearby warung.

The bathroom was not new, but it was very nice and worked well. We don't mind this, it's more eco-friendly not to renovate all the time.

This hotel is very comfortable, with warm greetings from the staff. I love the taste of the food, and it's priceless.

In my room, there is no toothbrush or toothpaste set up, and the soap and shampoo dispensers are not working properly, but it's fine.

A great location.

The flash in restroom not really working and a kettle. But when we ask for assistance they responsed immediately. The rest are good.

- location is great, close to so many cafe and restaurant, traditional and international. For those who travel in budget, affordable options is not that far either. - love the room size, big enough for 2 pax and the bed is also comfy. I like it. - helpfull staff... Keep up the good work

Very good location near to many restaurant, cafes, coffee shops. Located in main street of Legian (Dewi Sri ), spacious room for family of us (2 adult, 3 kids)

Located in a central position so easy access to main roads for travelling around island. Also has room service and restaurants close by.

Their service and facilities are great. Breakfast is really good for 3* hotel around kuta. Good amenities. The room is really clean

Unfortunately, the room a little bit smell mouldy, in the bathroom for the shower handle kinda broken :(

Location near all places that i need to go! Manager gave me a compensation for late check out until 6.30pm

I booked for disable room for 3 nights! but the room key has broken, so i can’t check in in the only disable room the’ve got! I have a problem shower in normal bathroom! I only shower twice during my stay, with my friend’s help.

Location was excellent. There's a lot of restaurants nearby.

Limited number of electrical plugs inside the room.

the location is very near to Kuta and culinary places

the smell of the room and the bed sheet is dirty. I found a brown spot on each bed (I chose a twin bed). the towel was bad, it shouldn't be used anymore
