We are very satisfied with our stay. The room was comfortable, very clean, and extremely quiet, with a cute balcony on the garden. The hosts are truly lovely and friendly. We rented a very nice scooter for 100k per day. The location is very good, just off the main road, so it is very quiet, but just a minute away from anything you might need. They offer pick up (200k) and drop off (110k) service for the airport, (in our experience the price with official taxis to/from the airport is 200k). We are very happy, will be back for sure

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this place and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. The staff was the owner of the place husband and wife. I highly recommend this place because it's easy to get HALAL food around, it's near Legian Foodcourt. Walking few mins to Legian Beach, Legian Night Market.

The place is not in front of the main road, at night if you walk please bring your touch light or switch on your handphone light.

Nice, polite hosts and generally a good place. It is clean and quiet, which I truly appreciated in that usually overcrowded area, but could use some enhancements. The only way for a little privacy in the rooms on the first floor is to close the heavy curtains and be in a dark room during daytime as there is no light curtain option and the front side is the only window (ceiling to floor). If you’re working online, you might want to use your hotspot on the phone. The wifi signal was not always working great.

Areas for improvement: Broken, very loud vent in the bathroom, water constantly running in the toilet, adjustment of temperature in the shower was a little challenging, no cover for the blanket.

Had a great stay at Gempita House. The room was nice and clean, there was hot water in the shower and the AC worked great. Nice location close to central Legian but still quiet at night so you can sleep well. Close to a foodcourt too with nice and cheap food. Staff were really nice and friendly. Would stay again!

The owners were really nice and friendly, they even drove us to the airport for a small fee. Room was clean, spacious, lots of natural light from the balcony. Shower was always hot. Good location from shops/cafes/bars but far enough away that you didn’t get any of the noise on a night

A fridge and kettle in the room would have been ideal but not a deal breaker for not staying. There’s a school next door and you can hear them singing from about 7.30am- we were aware of this before booking as someone else had mentioned it, again not a reason not to stay just something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper and want a lay in

The bed is really comfortable, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It’s super close (walking distance) to Legian food court which has heaps of scrumptious food around and very affordable.

Might be a bit tricky to get a Grabcar (motorbike is fine) from the location since it’s in the alley so I normally pick the food court for pick up location. Just keep in mind about the traffic around after 3pm.

Best value for money. I stayed in Legian to go on the Bali Beer Bus tour, which is just around the corner. Food court next door, great shopping all around. The host was lovely and the room spotless, air conditioning and wifi.

There was nothing to complain about. The beautiful white tiled interior was unexpected. I felt very safe.

Superb location in Legian. Only mtrs from Legian Food court. Easy walk to other parts of Legian . Great place to stay. Ketut & Putu are excellent. Great to see them again.

Nice place, a cicle K & legian food court nearby, very covenient. Near legian beach (great place for surfing lessons) & Bali IKEA 10 min walk. Quite place, no barking/crowing at night.

I liked that this is a family-run business, and that the owners want to get to know their guests a little. This is one of the reasons I chose to stay in a guest house. The room was very clean, and there is a small, private courtyard with plants and birds. It's close to the beach (about a 15 minute walk) and it's still a quiet place with mostly locals living nearby.

It would be good to ask guests everyday if they need anything. I kept forgetting to ask for toilet paper.
