I like the location which is very downtown, it has wide parking area, and the room is very comfortable.

The toilet needs more maintenance.

Location and room size.

Many broken fixtures. Power point. Toilet. Description of room and facilities was not correct. The TV didn't work. There was no fridge in the room. Staff smoking in the foyer and was disgusting. Very disappointing.

Everything was OK until no staff asked for daily cleaning. we didn't even get towels until we asked! We stay for 3 days 2 night, the bed are broken the curtain are broken kinda disappointed, after view days we are looking for other hotel!

Big rooms.

Mold was everywhere. The curtains was dusty. There were no telephone, no amenities, and it looks like an old hotel. The elevator was a meh. Some rooms had different facilities. I looked at my friend's room and it had a refrigerator, but still look dirty.

There was no electric kettle in room as stated in description. No refrigerator in room as shown on photos. NO wifi during my entire stay. building works renovations in rooms next door and drilling late at night and very noisy. Somebody from next door came knocking on my door late AFTER midnight and kept knocking on door assuming they wanted me to open door but I was not dressed and did not feel safe. water in shower not draining properly! No staff in reception apart from when check in. sent message to staff but they never replied. really bad experience!
