The hotel is located in Jl Legian which meant it was so easy to get to around. Check was easy and front desk staff were so friendly, the secuirtyvguards were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, made fresh, and came to the table, I am assuming the young lady we seen every morning was the restaurant supervisor, and she was amazing. The rooms were small, but they have everything you need, bathroom, air con, fridge, TV, tea, and coffee along with a comfy bed. On check-in, we were offered ear plugs as we were on the legian Street side, but in saying that, we never heard anything, but we are not light sleepers. When booking, I never realised it never had a pool, but in saying that, we didn't need it as we went to waterbom Park, along Kuta beach front are bars and pools, but we didn't really miss it to be fair. If you like the simple things in life then this is your place

The whatsaap communication is a brilliant idea. I could order anything i needed without any hastle. And it happens that upon checkout I forgot my charging cablea for the phone and laptop. They texted me about it some 20 minutes later and I was thrilled to retun for collection. Check in & out was seamless too. There's a very nice Italian restaurant right under the hotel with great food/value. I didn't try the spa but from the looks of it I recon it's a good place. The highlight of my stay was the service. Absolutely wonderful staff 😀 ❤️

The street noises can be a little too much especially if you had stayed up all night. The queen sized bed is actually two single beds joined together so you could feel the centre beam. So I figured if it were a single bed the room would be more spacious.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 10 day stay in this well located and well managed budget friendly hotel in the Legian district of Bali. This hotel is walking distance to many amenities such as fine restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies and it is about a 15 minute walk to Legian Beach. My room was great with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, safe for valuables, wall mounted TV and efficient air conditioning. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. Hotel staff were all courteous, professional, attentive and English speaking. I would definitely stay here again when vacationing in this part of Bali.

The rooms are very clean. The staff and people are genuinely polite and take very good care of their customers. The breakfast is sumptuous and very tasty. The hotel is in a happening street and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. But, having the food from the hotels own restaurant is recommended. The housekeeping staff did a very good job every day of the stay to change the bath towels and linen. Our 5 day stay in the hotel was very pleasant. They even took care to provide a breakfast box on a day where we had to go very early morning for sightseeing. Special mention about Delina, Ita and Ayu from the restaurant who have a pleasant attitude and make breakfast and experience in itself. The reception keep enquiring often about our stay and very helpful. This and Wisna of reception counter even wished us good luck and tied a Tridaathu bracelet -charm to all of us, while checking out. Little things make great impact. Grandmas plus gets all the small things right and make the stay very very good !

Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommend! My recent stay at Grandma's Plus Hotel Legian was absolutely fantastic, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with friendly smiles and a helpful, attentive staff. Check-in was efficient, and I was even offered a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch after a long journey. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to popular attractions, dining options, and shopping areas, yet it maintains a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, spotless, and stylishly decorated, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view was 👍. I feel personal and special for city walk nearby too. (Chargeable) Dining was a highlight as well. The breakfast set menu was extensive, offering everything from fruits to made-to-order omelets. The on-site restaurant served delicious dishes with a focus on local flavors, and the service was impeccable. The staff took time to recommend dishes and ensure we had a great dining experience. I feel sad for not spending more days at Bali. Or else I really try their chargeable message.(they have menu for their message) What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, and they were quick to assist with any request. Especially Kadek , Rias ,Yedi &also don't forget the security or uncle who help us the get our luggage bag at the main entrance. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and looking forward to returning on my next trip. Grandma's Plus Hotel Legian truly sets the standard for hospitality!

From the moment we arrived, the one thing that really sets the place apart from the rest is the amazing staff. Yogi, Thia and Andre made us feel welcome and kept our rooms sparkling clean. Every time we went past reception we were greeted with a smile and a hello. This hotel surprised me. For the price, I didn’t expect much and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, location and outstanding customer service offered during our stay.

Everything was perfect. No complaints, just guests smoking in the hallways which they know they shouldn’t do.

Superb location in the central of Legian street, close to everywhere by walk distance. Kuta and Legian beach are pretty close, only 7-10 minutes walk to catch the sunset. Street shops everywhere, restaurants are nearby and absolutely plenty choice to dine in. Room was tiny, decent, but fresh, tidy and clean. Bed was comfort and great to sleep. Special thanks to Thia, Yedi the front officer who greeted me and absolutely Ali, as well as other security guards were great either, Ryan housekeeping made my stay was fabulous. you are all did a great job, well done. I had amazing stay there. Another extended for one night due to bad weather in Bali before back to Java.

We weren’t exactly sure what we were getting ourselves into as we managed to book a room at this hotel for three nights for a fantastic rate. Arriving at the hotel we were met with exceptional customer service all the way through until the end. Staff were very kind, provided helpful advice when leaving and its location is in pristine condition to travel in any direction. While on the small side the rooms provided all the required conveniences and the garden growing outside the window was fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a budget layover with an expensive feel. Shoutout to the team Adi, Kadek and Ira and all the housekeeping and food staff.

Easy to going everywhere

The noise from outside is really bad it’s much different from 2 years ago and also the young security is annoying he know already we just dropped off our travel bags and he say you can’t park here but someone inside the car waiting for us not event for 5 minutes and there is 1 spot empty why you not escort to that spot if we can’t park on side of the road??!! It was Saturday at 7pm and the road is not busy that time. This is unacceptable you need to teach your security to be learn hospitality so welcoming guest is important.
