From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and supported in a way that went far beyond hospitality, it felt like family. Every single team member I encountered made my stay not only comfortable but deeply memorable. Housekeeping deserves a standing ovation, especially Adi, whose attention to detail, consistency, and kindness did not go unnoticed. My space was always clean, peaceful, and felt like a true sanctuary. At the front desk, I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Yuri, Kaden, Thia, Yura, and Putra. Their warmth, patience, and professionalism were a constant. Whether I needed help with directions, had questions, or simply passed by the lobby, they made me feel seen, heard, and cared for. The restaurant staff—Ita, Delina, and Ayu, treated me like royalty. Their service was not only efficient but full of grace and genuine kindness. Each meal felt like a carefully curated experience, and their attentiveness elevated every moment. A huge thank you to the security team—Alif, Rizal, Ali, and Sudana, for their quiet strength and visible presence. Knowing they were always looking out gave me a strong sense of safety and ease during my entire stay. Last but not least, the spa was an absolute dream. I treated myself to a three-hour day of self-care, and every second was chef’s kiss. From the deeply relaxing Balinese massage to the rejuvenating facial, followed by body scrubs and body masks, the experience was blissful from start to finish. Although I didn’t catch their names, every woman I encountered, from the front desk at the spa to the masseuses and bodywork specialists, was phenomenal. Their energy, professionalism, and care were top tier and left me floating out of that room like royalty. To everyone mentioned, and the entire team, thank you for going above and beyond. Everything was super clean. We got the breakfast included for the 11 days we were there. Ita & the girls were absolute rockstars, they remembered our orders and names and were so accommodating. Rias & the ladies at the desk always with a delightful smile & greeting whenever they saw. We asked to leave early from our booking due to our visa coming sooner than expected and they were happy to refund us the last few days. The housekeeping staff aswell were always so polite and willing to make our stay pleasant. Vincent & the security at the front were amazing, always so kind and making sure you crossed the road safely. I even saw them check the guests cab everytime they were dropped off to make sure nothing was left behind in the seats All in all, I could not recommend this hotel enough, it’s clean, the staff are amazing and you feel safe, what more can you ask for.

I couldn’t possibly say a bad thing about this property. If we are ever come back to legian, this will be our go to place.

The housekeeping team, especially Adi, created a space that felt sacred and peaceful every single day. My room always felt like a retreat, clean, calming, and energetically light. There’s a special kind of magic in how Adi works, and I felt it every time I walked through the door. At the front desk, I was welcomed with love and kindness by Yuri, Kaden, Thia, Yura, and Putra. Their presence is so grounding. Every interaction, whether it was logistical help or just a smile in passing, reminded me that I wasn’t just a guest. I was truly seen and cared for. The restaurant team—Ita, Delina, and Ayu, brought so much joy to my days. Their service was not only professional but infused with genuine warmth. They made me feel nurtured and remembered. Every meal came with love, not just flavor. The security team—Alif, Rizal, Ali, and Sudana, gave me such a deep sense of peace and safety. They were always present, always attentive, yet so gentle in their energy. I never once worried because I knew I was being looked out for. And I have to give a special shoutout to the spa. I treated myself to a 90-minute reflexology massage, and it was absolutely incredible. The therapist intuitively found all the tension and stress I didn’t even realize I was carrying. I walked out feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply refreshed.

The hotel is located in Jl Legian which meant it was so easy to get to around. Check was easy and front desk staff were so friendly, the secuirtyvguards were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, made fresh, and came to the table, I am assuming the young lady we seen every morning was the restaurant supervisor, and she was amazing. The rooms were small, but they have everything you need, bathroom, air con, fridge, TV, tea, and coffee along with a comfy bed. On check-in, we were offered ear plugs as we were on the legian Street side, but in saying that, we never heard anything, but we are not light sleepers. When booking, I never realised it never had a pool, but in saying that, we didn't need it as we went to waterbom Park, along Kuta beach front are bars and pools, but we didn't really miss it to be fair. If you like the simple things in life then this is your place

The location is perfect. Although it is on the main road and if any of you would like a sound sleep... It had the promised amenities although the body wash doesn't lather. Had to end up using our own soaps and shampoo which we had fortunately carried with us.. Lovely locals and great staff at the hotel.

The bed wasn't the best. One half was sloping downwards a little on the double bed. Room is a little small although we were only in to rest for the night.. And as mentioned, traffic noise and latherless toiletries. Would still manage to overlook them because like I said, Balinese people are one of a kind <3

The whatsaap communication is a brilliant idea. I could order anything i needed without any hastle. And it happens that upon checkout I forgot my charging cablea for the phone and laptop. They texted me about it some 20 minutes later and I was thrilled to retun for collection. Check in & out was seamless too. There's a very nice Italian restaurant right under the hotel with great food/value. I didn't try the spa but from the looks of it I recon it's a good place. The highlight of my stay was the service. Absolutely wonderful staff 😀 ❤️

The street noises can be a little too much especially if you had stayed up all night. The queen sized bed is actually two single beds joined together so you could feel the centre beam. So I figured if it were a single bed the room would be more spacious.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 10 day stay in this well located and well managed budget friendly hotel in the Legian district of Bali. This hotel is walking distance to many amenities such as fine restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies and it is about a 15 minute walk to Legian Beach. My room was great with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, safe for valuables, wall mounted TV and efficient air conditioning. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. Hotel staff were all courteous, professional, attentive and English speaking. I would definitely stay here again when vacationing in this part of Bali.

Comfy, cosy room with fridge, kettle, tea/coffee + cup/saucer sets. Loved that the daily complimentary water came in refillable glass bottles, with drinking glasses. Hot showers with shampoo + body wash, toothbrush/paste, and a few other personal care products were provided. Aircon worked well. Staff were wonderful + did everything they could to accommodate us + our needs. Great value for money.

Our first room was on the 2nd floor, facing the noisy main street, with its bright lights. Staff asked via whatsapp, early on, if we were happy with our room. We told them about the situation, but we decided to trial out the first night in this room. I used earplugs, which worked fine, but the bright street/shop lights kept waking me up, so the next day, we were offered an option of 2 other rooms, away from the noisy main street + it's bright lights. We ended up extending our stay to 3 nights, and were very happy with the continued great customer service.

The rooms are very clean. The staff and people are genuinely polite and take very good care of their customers. The breakfast is sumptuous and very tasty. The hotel is in a happening street and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. But, having the food from the hotels own restaurant is recommended. The housekeeping staff did a very good job every day of the stay to change the bath towels and linen. Our 5 day stay in the hotel was very pleasant. They even took care to provide a breakfast box on a day where we had to go very early morning for sightseeing. Special mention about Delina, Ita and Ayu from the restaurant who have a pleasant attitude and make breakfast and experience in itself. The reception keep enquiring often about our stay and very helpful. This and Wisna of reception counter even wished us good luck and tied a Tridaathu bracelet -charm to all of us, while checking out. Little things make great impact. Grandmas plus gets all the small things right and make the stay very very good !

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it felt like a peaceful retreat. The staff truly make the experience memorable. I want to give a special thank you to the housekeeper (I wish I knew his name!) always goes above and beyond to prepare my room just the way I like it. And the young lady who serves at the in-house restaurant is truly a gem, always kind, and warm-spirited. The in-house restaurant, when I say the breakfast is SO good, I mean it, I’ve pretty much eaten everything on the menu. Every. Single. Thing. I also want to mention Bella Italia, the restaurant connected to the hotel (separate from the in-house dining). The food there is absolutely delicious and worth trying. The front desk staff are equally wonderful, always smiling, always helpful, no matter the time of day. Their friendliness and professionalism truly make a difference. I genuinely appreciate the care and energy here. This place continues to be a blessing on my journey.
