Location was very central. Breakfast was quite good

Saturday night has lots of street noise. Also the pool not nearly enough sun lounges. Very loud pop music playing while trying to relax by the pool in the morning with a book. Maybe have the music in the arvo. Just some lovely Bali music for morning

Location, room and cleanliness, pool was okay but no shelter on rooftop pool so very hot and exposed Staff wonderful, very helpful from the front desk staff to cleaners , all very pleasant and helpful , front entrance security guards just so delightful and friendly and helpful thank u guys

Hmmm they have a huge problem with the bottom pool music competing with the rooftop bar music , we had several experiences where we had to leave either pools due to upstairs “ soundchecks” or downstairs cranking it up when no one was in the bar only in the pool , hey guys fastest way to kill ur target audience is to crank up the music when ur clientele is obviously older dudes and older dudes traveling with their adult children , of which all are just content with poolside drinks not loud music and dj sound checks

Room was close to the pool which was great. At night there was a lot of noise around the pool even thou the pool was closed. People were still going in for a swim after hours.

Breakfast- Toaster was to small for the amount of people that were trying to use it. It was not a commerical toaster just a 4 bread toaster with only 3 sides working. Eggs already cooked were cold in the hotbox.

The Hotel is centrally located near shops and restaurants. The pool area is rather small. Our room was cleaned daily and met our expectations. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The beach is a good ten minute walk from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent and offered a lot of variety. Staff were very friendly and obliging.

Ladder into the ground pool quite difficult to use Spa pool on 4th floor had no rail to use to get in Hotel allowed non stayers use the pool so on 2 days we couldn’t get a sun lounge and felt that was unfair for people who paid money to stay at hotel was disadvantaged by the others

We had an amazing stay at the Solia Hotel in Bali and will definitely be staying here again on our next visit. We’d also highly recommend it to friends and family! The breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of variety to choose from. We loved having a choice of pools, especially the stunning rooftop pool. The food throughout our stay was fantastic – the spring rolls were a particular highlight! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Truly exceptional service.

Having stayed in many hotels in Bali over many years and many hotels worldwide, it comes down to, for me, NOT how good the hotel is but the staff. From the moment you arrive at Solia, you are greeted with beautiful smiles that the Balinese are so famous for! They make you feel so welcomed and are happy to attend to any request or inquiry. The rooms are well appointed, super clean and very comfortable. The room staff do a great job.I would like to especially thank the lovely Anies, Juli, Andi and duty manager Yasa for making my stay such a pleasant one. Miss you guys already but not to worry, I will return! Terima kasih banyak!! 🤗

Excellent choices at breakfast, comfy bed, great shower and facilities in the room. All staff were fantastic and nothing was a problem. I enjoyed the canang sari making lesson. Great location to be close to local food options, while only a short walk to the beach or tourist shopping and food options. Two elevators, so rarely ever had to wait for one.

The balcony was very small and had direct sunlight all day, so wasn't very usable for me. Australian news channel on the TV would have been good. Neither was a deal breaker

I stayed for a week and was very happy with the experience. The staff were all very kind and did their best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Artana from Housekeeping did a fantastic job of cleaning my room, and it was always great to chat with him when I saw him!

The Wi-Fi was very slow (couldn’t stream videos in the evenings), however this was explained during check in. The location is very convenient to shops and is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, however it is in a very touristy area which might not suit some people.
