I highly recommend this apartment! Mr shoaib, the manager, was very friendly, helpful, and always available to assist. The apartment is cozy, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary equipment provided including netflix and a washing machine. Its location is perfect, right in KLCC city center and very close to the Petronas Towers. The residence has two swimming pools, one on the rooftop and another on the 6th floor. Both pools were clean and not crowded during my stay. The rooftop pool, offers an incredible view of the Petronas Towers. Additionally, the lift service was quick unlike other aparthotels in Kuala Lumpur where waiting times can be long. - Everything was amazing except for the air conditionner that was a bit noisy but it's not that important. If i come back to KL

Calm, location

I just arrived from the airport to the hotel. I entered the room to charge my phone, but the socket was different, so I couldn’t charge it. I went to reception for help, but they ignored me and told me to go to the markets. I went searching for an “adapter” but couldn’t find one. Then, a woman at a small shop lent me hers and said, ‘Don’t forget to return it.’ Small things like this, and the hotel couldn’t provide them? Is that even reasonable?

Booked the superior room and it was exactly as in the pictures. I recommend booking this option because the other type of room often doesn’t have a window. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and tidy, all the staff lovely. They also clean your room everyday which is so nice. Air conditioning worked very well

Wifi was intermittent at times, like if you were connected it always worked but for me it would randomly disconnect me here and there

Great Location on the main road. Onsite restaurant, room service Friendly Staff 24/7, airconditioning Buffet Breakfast was good, but should be noted, no "western food" in case guests are expecting that.

The curtains in the room were ripped and old. Something easy to be fixed. Requested early check in, but was not accommodated. The window didn't open which is fine, but the view was a brick wall.

Twin room. Asked for a double. Please allocate on booking.com. People should know before they arrive whether you have double or twin beds available. At the moment, when someone books, they don't know until they get there. Please allocate precisely to booking.com.

The location was perfect just off main area so quiet and a short walk to everything Staff always welcoming and 24/7 reception especially important for single solo female traveller Room very comfortable and fantastic air conditioning

Rooms definitely do need a refurbishment sometime soon as there are many signs of wear and tear. That being said I hope they keep the design and layout the same as generally they're really nice.

I understand that it is out of the control of the hotel, however, walking anywhere outside the hotel is dangerous with the footpaths being used as motorbike freeways. The shower was only luke warm.

The fridge is older than our son, okay for warming a babies bottle. Seriously, they are so old and inefficent that replacements would save their purchase cost for electricity In 12 months. Staff are excellent, as always. Not our 1st stay, definitely wont be our last.
