Everything about this hotel and the staff is exceptional ! Small details make a difference, as an example , we booked early tours leaving the hotel before breakfast which was complimentary( served 8am to 11am) The reception and restaurant team prepared our 'breakfast' for us when we got back to the hotel at 5:30pm .The pool is amazing , the rooms are nice size and clean, and the bathroom is spacious and clean. The warung food is delicious and affordable, with no exorbitant pricing. I can not explain the value for money for this hotel , I would stay here EVERY time I come back to Bali. Location is close to the beach , and shopping lanes, we took a walk everywhere, no need for taxis or scooters. Mina Pelasar Team , you are the best . Keep doing what you are doing !

If you're looking for a quiter relaxing place still with convenience, then this is perfect! Staff were so kind, friendly, had breakfast included every morning (including room service!) Pool was always, relaxing, and staff are always working to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. Really convenient location to beach, market stalls, food and easy for Grab to locate. Laundry was only 20k/kg (cheaper than other laundromats) so just do your laundry at the hotel!!

Not much to not like!

I have been to Bali many many times stayed some good hotels and some shockers.. Mina Pelasa is now my number 1 hotel in Kuta/Legian. The place is an absolute gem... The staff is so friendly and warm. The rooms are great, good size and really comfortable.. awesome pool, the restaurant is great. Location is great to it's nice and quiet, peaceful. But only a 5 minute walk and your in the mix on Jalan Legian.. Again I have to highly praised the staff they go out of their way to take care of you and even more to become your friends... The only place I will try and book in Bali for evermore... Going back for 4 nights on the way home and really looking forward to seeing them all again

Bit disorganised when we arrived, despite emails & one of us already arriving earlier & checking in Quickly resolved extra bed in our room but it really should have been ready on arrival, as we were a whole day late due to flight issues & did inform. It just ate into our time a bit - no biggie but we were really tired after flights

We loved our stay at mina pelasa!! The friendly staff make the experience, you get great value for your money and the pool is lovely & always clean. Room service upon request was always excellent and the restaurant which allows you to order to the room was exceptional. We loved the included breakfast with so many options & very customisable. We got our laundry done twice and service was affordable, continent and quick.

Would love if you could pay extra to have your clothes returned ironed/steamed

Loved the location, and being able to move to a Cabana pool view room that got the sun on the terrace all day... However the Cabana rooms are more expensive than the deluxe and the cabana is smaller but a bigger bathroom.

Breakfast... absolutely rubbish don't even bother and the staff seem to manage to get it wrong every time, shame as it's included so feel obliged to have it, however you can go up and order and they bring it to your terrace but not always what you asked for. The staff seem to be either busy on their phones, sitting under the reception desk and not really bothered it's a shame because the boys that clean are so luvly and nothing is an ask, felt the owner's need to look at the staff balance and sort this soon as it's a problem, it's such a beautiful place and so easy to access all outside without scooter or car but lacks management skills unfortunately.

We stayed for 3 nights, a welcome drink on arrival and we very much enjoyed our time at Mina Pelasa a well managed Hotel, ensuring your stay is an enjoyable one . The location is great just a couple of minutes’ walk away to the main street and beach area. The breakfast was great, all the staff were wonderful greeting you with a smile and always happy to assist with any enquiries or help in any way they can. Good size room and bathroom, comfortable bed, air conditioner to keep cool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just wish it could have been longer.

The staff was super friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was included and fine to me. There is a little pool in the middle u can use. I liked the big shower in my room and spacious room itself. On walkin distance from busy legian area with many restaurants,massage shops. Laundry oposite the hotel

the pool could use a makeover, dirty here and there and tiles are broken, also only a few sunbeds for guests. 2 days of noise from Cats in the night. The tv could use an update..only 4 channels with really nothing actually

You can't beat the price and breakfast was excellent. Location and the staff were outstanding. I cannot speak highly enough of all the office and kitchen staff.

Anyone's negative comments onto his place. Value for money and Dan y noise which you had to strain to hear was finished by 9.30. Bring earplugs you whingers. For $59 including breakfast life is good.
