☹️Breakfast was very busy everyday!☹️ The plates of food were empty most of the time. Fruit and bananas were scarce. The variety was ok, but could have supplied muffins, crumpets, croissants as well as the different breads to toast.☹️ Toaster was not working properly. A lot of people were coughing on the open plates of food with no masks on! ☹️ I got COVID at the hotel on day 5, and the staff didn’t seem worried. I did say to the cleaners don’t clean my room until I go? So how many other people at the hotel had COVID and was spreading it at breakfast? As no one was wearing masks or sanitizing and everyone was handling the serving spoons, etc. the staff at breakfast weren’t plemishing the empty plates of food straight away. ☹️ Also the staff weren’t putting new plates, bowls,cups or glasses to use and sometimes had to ask for them. Also I bought it to the attention to the front desk I had COVID, but none seemed worried or care about me having it, even though they asked to see my positive test

We enjoyed everything about our stay, the buffet breakfast was excellent. We had requested a room near the pool assuming we would then be able to see the pool but we couldn't the staff were wonderful and moved us to another room overlooking the pool the next morning.

This lifts are not airconditioned and were therefore extremely hot inside.

Location was good, we had 2 single bed room and the beds were extremely comfortable which we were surprised about. Small hotel type room, but perfect for our short stay.

Upon check in we were forced to sign up to the hotel loyalty programme which we didn’t want to do, we also arrived late to the hotel due to traffic and were advised our room wasn’t ready (this was after 5pm), admittedly we did not have to wait too long but still was frustrating. Service tax seemed steep but don’t have anything to compare to (for dining and drinking around the pool)

Good hotel in a good position.

The breakfast was a bot monotone. People in front of the hotel seemed a bit shady.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Bali,close to all the great shops /markets not far from garlic lane and easy walk to the beach,the rooms are very clean and comfortable and serviced every day. The staff are amazing and friendly ,any issues were attended to immediately,a big thank you to Sussy for making my 60th special with a surprise in my room,and giving us a fantastic room. The breakfast is fantastic with a variety of foods and a egg station. I totally recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.🤗

Could not fault this hotel

decent price and excellent location. staff are wonderful people who work very hard and are always cheerful and wanting to assist. coffee at breakfast was a good strength and there was salted butter (both can be rare in Asian hotels).

plates at breakfast were greasy underneath, making me suspicious that they hadn’t been thoroughly washed in hot soapy water. other items like utensils, cups and glasses were very clean.

Location is great. Staff are lovely and helpful.

Property needs some updating. Maintenance work was being carried out during our stay which is rectifying some of these issues. Rooms could use a freshen up.

Room was great location was great

Check in was ment to be at 2 pm but we waited until after 3 as did a lot of guests we saw. After 12 hours of travel time we just needed our room to shower and change . We were not offered any sort of drink or food while we waited for over an hour to get our room , apart from a small welcome drink which was beautiful . We wanted water but we’re going to be charged $9.70 which we refused so went to the Kiwiki mart over the road We were room 254 which was awesome but we had to call reception and ask for the renovation down below us to please stop banging at 830 pm and another night it was 9 pm

We stayed in a privilege room, had a very large balcony overlooking the pool. Was very nice spot to spend time, comfortable outdoor furniture. Although lacked privacy from neighbouring rooms with balconies. The bed was super comfortable. Room amenities were ok. Fridge and air-conditioning worked well and were reasonably quiet. Bathroom was a bit small, not much storage around the basin, the shower was large, weirdly had a blind over a window into the bedroom!! Not enough hooks to hang bits on, not enough hangers in the closet. I was unwell and needed medical assistance, the staff were great in getting their doctor to come see me. Room service was fast, and delicious. Upstairs bar area had big roomy couches and furniture to hang out on.

Upstairs pool didn't have any shade.

The location was great. A lot of things to do in the area all within walking distance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable also. We ordered salmon main dish and the pork ribs for room service and I was actually surprised that they were both delicious. The prices on the menu was about average but the quality of food was great. I would recommend this hotel

The aircon temperature in our room wasn't working. It was either 15° or we had to turn it off as it got way too cold. The other let down is that there was no elevator access to the basement. Not a big deal but it was a pain having to go to the lobby to get to the basement
