The location fantastic. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The food and drinks were great and very well presented. I also utilised the day spa which I thought was great and relaxing, and the laundry, my clothes came back clean and very well presented.

This is more a personal issue as a non smoker. I had a veranda room, if you neighbour smoked you could smell it in your room, it affected me more at night if they were smoking. Again this was a personal issue not a hotel problem.

☹️Breakfast was very busy everyday!☹️ The plates of food were empty most of the time. Fruit and bananas were scarce. The variety was ok, but could have supplied muffins, crumpets, croissants as well as the different breads to toast.☹️ Toaster was not working properly. A lot of people were coughing on the open plates of food with no masks on! ☹️ I got COVID at the hotel on day 5, and the staff didn’t seem worried. I did say to the cleaners don’t clean my room until I go? So how many other people at the hotel had COVID and was spreading it at breakfast? As no one was wearing masks or sanitizing and everyone was handling the serving spoons, etc. the staff at breakfast weren’t plemishing the empty plates of food straight away. ☹️ Also the staff weren’t putting new plates, bowls,cups or glasses to use and sometimes had to ask for them. Also I bought it to the attention to the front desk I had COVID, but none seemed worried or care about me having it, even though they asked to see my positive test

Location was good, we had 2 single bed room and the beds were extremely comfortable which we were surprised about. Small hotel type room, but perfect for our short stay.

Upon check in we were forced to sign up to the hotel loyalty programme which we didn’t want to do, we also arrived late to the hotel due to traffic and were advised our room wasn’t ready (this was after 5pm), admittedly we did not have to wait too long but still was frustrating. Service tax seemed steep but don’t have anything to compare to (for dining and drinking around the pool)

We enjoyed everything about our stay, the buffet breakfast was excellent. We had requested a room near the pool assuming we would then be able to see the pool but we couldn't the staff were wonderful and moved us to another room overlooking the pool the next morning.

This lifts are not airconditioned and were therefore extremely hot inside.

Good hotel in a good position.

The breakfast was a bot monotone. People in front of the hotel seemed a bit shady.

Lovely establishment. Perfect location for me right near garlic lane not far from everything I needed close. Extremely clean. Plunge pool rom was beautiful and relaxing. In house 24hr room service on all meals. Extremely honest staff. I left tips on the bed for cleaning staff when returned to room all money was left on the bed already made. I found cleaners and gave them their tip. Cannot fault the mecure and I will be back. Felt sick towards last day reception insisted on sending hotel nurse in to check me. Had to extended a day and there was no problem or having to move rooms to do so. 10/10 for me.

Need more variety food buffet breakfast.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Bali,close to all the great shops /markets not far from garlic lane and easy walk to the beach,the rooms are very clean and comfortable and serviced every day. The staff are amazing and friendly ,any issues were attended to immediately,a big thank you to Sussy for making my 60th special with a surprise in my room,and giving us a fantastic room. The breakfast is fantastic with a variety of foods and a egg station. I totally recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.🤗

Could not fault this hotel

Overall very good! Check in was very smooth. Very friendly ladies at the check in, willing to answer any questions and to assist wherever possible. The room was very well appointed. Nice bathroom, very good mattress, excellent pillows... There is nothing that can be faulted. Mulan (I hoope I write it well) from Reception was very, very helpful and friendly.

There is no elevator going up from the parking area to the lobby. But I understand that is minor as I guess most guests are tourists and arrive with chauffeured transport. The small smoking area outside the lobby is nice with some high chairs in a green area. However the place could have been kept cleaner. Ashtrays overflowing, dirty tables,... Once again this is only for the few guests that are smoking.

I requested a cot and they had it all set ready for our late night arrival which I was grateful for. The facilities were lovely.

The other guest were quite rude at the top pool suggesting that it was an adults only pool area. I traveled with my one year old and he wasn’t disruptive but others made it uncomfortable. I think that if this is an adults only pool there should be signs suggesting

Quick and easy check in, all staff were lovely nothing too much just ask. Two great pools the 4th floor infinity pool basically for adults and the pool on ground floor was a great spot for families Great location for shopping and restaurants.

We booked a room with a balcony but there was no outside lighting on the balcony to enjoy the balcony in the evening when we got back to the room.
