Beautiful villa and loved the private pool. The lounge and kitchen area is all open with just glass sliding doors so doesn’t cool down that well with aircon. Kitchen is basic and has no microwave. No tv in lounge room but there is a comfy couch, dining room table and full size fridge. They don’t have filtered water like some villas offer, so bring your own. The villas are very close together so can be noisy as you can hear kids screaming in the pools etc. but at night it was nice and quiet! The bedroom was nice, with a really nice soft comfy bed. Good pillows and a tv to watch. Curtains give good blockout so you can sleep in. Aircon is icy cold in this room. Bathroom has shower over bath which can be hard to climb into due to the height and shape, but pressure was good and all shampoo etc provided. Toilet is in a separate little room. Overall I’d stay here again for sure! If you don’t like crawlers you might not like this place as the doors have big gaps. So there were a few mosquitos, a resident gecko and some caterpillars around the place. Just need to keep an eye out for them 😂

No microwave or water purifier It’s a bit out of the way location wise but grab taxis are cheap so all good

Loved the villa, was perfect for a little get away, bed was amazingly comfortable, however it didnt have a doona. Only a flat sheet. pool was perfect for cooling off and the location was good.

Lots of mosquitoes although we were not ever bitten. The glass doors rattled a bit but we just put something in the runner and that stopped. The shower was nice but you have a rather large step up into a big bath tub.

It was a nice personal oasis and set up really well. Bed was comfy and staff friendly. Felt more like a local with cheap local groceries and laundry shops nearby.

A bit of a walk to the beach but was nice to get away from the tourists anyway

The property was situated in a quiet location with good access to all that we needed including shops, restaurants and beaches. The facilities were excellent and the staff superb. Any problem or enquiry that arose was dealt with courtesy and efficiency. We found the room more than comfortable with the facilities, especially the private pool just what we were looking for.

The shower was a little hard to deal with as it was over the bath and would spray water all over the floor when used. but we managed. Other than that, we had no other issues.

Location was good, staff were excellent, friendly always happy and ready to help anytime. The villa external pool area was quaint and private. Some outside lounge chairs that lay flat would have been nice. Internally very clean, but the lack colour in the soft furnishings and a sense of the beautiful opportunity to promote the Balinese artworks , crafts etc nowhere to be seen except in reception

Nothing that would be of a concern , but I believe that the current holiday provider could address the following areas. Kitchenette was good, good size fridge (No ice cube holder's) and unfortunately the lack of glassware like 4 wine glasses, beer glasses etc, maybe some salads bowls etc The property is in need of some TLC externally in the areas of painting, plumbing fixtures in bathrooms loose. Being involved in this style of business in the pass, my feedback is simply a suggestion to just add that little bit of TLC for the guest. Again the staff were beautiful.

Beautiful private pool villa. The room was a great size with large living area and full size fridge. The staff were lovely and the pool was the perfect size for two of us and got lots of sun throughout the day. Will definitely visit again.

The only issues we came across during our stay were that the large doors from the bedroom out to the pool had a gap in them and didn’t seal properly allowing mosquitoes to get in. We just kept the curtains closed at night to try and stop them from getting in. And secondly, the gas bottle line to the stovetop had a leak and we could smell gas so we informed the staff who disconnected it for us straight away. Both issues could be solved by a handyman and would definitely make it a more enjoyable stay for future guests.

We loved the space, kitchenette and lounge area. The plunge pool was perfect for the 2 of us and being private made it feel more relaxing. The bed was SO comfy and staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

The only slightly negative thing were the mosquitoes on the last 2 nights which we understand is nature! However in future some better seals on the bedroom doors could help with this - the staff did let us keep their bug spray though 😊

The staff were friendly and genuinely cared for your well being. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily. The breakfast was way beyond my expectations. So worth the money.

The only thing to fault was the outdoor pool lights & garden lights were not working. But do understand if that particular villa was in the process of being fixed up.

You have your own pool. We stayed in the 1 bedroom villa with 2 adults and our 10 year old boy. He slept out on the couch they made up everyday. We had floating breakfast as well one morning that was the best. It’s very quite can’t hear street noise. The wifi is great, aircon great, staff amazing and go above and beyond to do anything for you

Ok so the bathroom is abit dangerous. In our villa we had a 1 bedroom villa so the bathroom if u get this one has a bath tub very nice but VERY SLIPPERY SLOPE ISH… so we sat down every time we had a shower 😆 not a problem but might be if ur older then us and have trouble getting up and down in the bath 😛 , also had to ask for pool lights to be turned off cuz they are colours at night annoying, and the safe in our room has 1 code haha they will tell u the code but defeats the purpose of staff know and other guest cuz it can’t be changed 😂 oh well. Nothing else wrong at all. It’s amazing this place and we will be back

Really friendly and kind staff, good value for the money, and the location is convenient to go to the beach, airport, mall and most of the tourist places around

Would be better if the property would have a washing machine (at least shared), airport pickup, and completely isolated swimming pools (they are separate for each villa, but two villas all’s pools are connected with each other via a wall). Even though those are really minor things, they could be improved.
