The staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful, good location nice and quiet. Beds were huge and the pool was a blessing with the kids. Breakfast every day was in included and we had a good range to choose from. Nasi Goreng, Pancakes, Waffles, French Toast and more. TV in every room and Netflix in lounge. 24 hour reception aswell.

The Villa was a little run down compared to the photos on website, no cushions on our loungers and no umbrella. Doors didn't lock in rooms properly and had gaps where mozzies could get in. Pool was leaking so had someone come and fill every few days. But completely comfortable and did the job for our family :)

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The Villa was as comfortable as expected . The private pool was big. The kids and myself enjoyed it. Breakfast was served in your dining area. Our return flight was at 1030 so we had to leave at 730. The staff packed us breakfast before we left. 10 star service.

Location was off the main road but walkable. Hotel description says there’s a tumbler dryer but it was not included in the room. Fortunately there’s a reliable laundry nearby (hottie’s laundry). Turn left around 200m away. Went there 3 times. Good service.

The villa for a family of four was a very good size with cold pool in a nice garden courtyard, rooms and beds were big, air con worked well in all parts of the villa. Master suite bathroom was huge and the other 2 were good size all with good storage space and good water pressure hot and cold. Breakfast included and delivered to villa each morning at your time request with choice of eggs, sausages, ham, fruit , juice tea or coffee. 🍳☕🍉 room cleaned every day and staff will help you with anything 😊🙏

Only thing was a big spider in the room I asked staff and taking care of very quickly. 😝👍

The property was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing each time. The room service we ordered was delicious!

I wish i had a drying towel so i could do the dishes. Wish there were something on the tiles around the pool and the whole family and i kept slipping on them getting out of the pool. The room service took an hour to arrive at our villa.

Gustu was an amazing host, he was always responsive via whatsapp and if he wasn't on shift he arranged somebody who was very quickly and effortlessly. The entire staff were kind, helpful and respectful.

The staff were exceptional they couldn’t do enough for us. Facilities were great. Beds were great sizes. Set up of villa was great. The service couldn’t be any better

If I had to fault one thing. The beds could be abit for comfortable.

Large rooms, friendly staff. Proximity to good supermarket and laundries was good

The street is filthy, some more crockery and utensils would be nice with mugs for tea and coffee.

Overall was good...very acceptably clean. Housekeeping can be improved if only they clean the rooms every two days...

Only issue is the last room air conditioning....not cool and leaking. But staff were able to follow up and repair immediately... 👍

All the staff are super friendly and tried their best to accommodate our needs. We are traveling with our friends and the villa is perfect for our stay. The villa is clean and spacious. Thank you to the Sindi reservation team and Gustu from the Front Office who were always attentive and ensured our stay was memorable.
