The service here is amazing and I cannot fault them one bit. My four year old daughter was well looked after here and they always had smiles for her when ever she was in the lobby. The staff here were helpful and always wanted to help if we needed information or had concerns. They even went as far as offering a room upgrade and free services such as massages and dinner at the hotel. We liked the private pool but also was a concern for our four year old. We also liked that the staff had given our daughter a play tent with some play balls which kept her entertained when we were at the villa.

We didn't like the kitchen being outside and not in a building that had air con, we didn't like the slippery tiles when you had finished a swim because it is right by the Kit hen area, also the path to the outdoor shower is a little narrow and our air con wasn't as good as the other room. We also didn't know that there were two completely separate rooms detached from each other, not helpful if you have little kids, esp around the pool.

The privacy of the villas is wonderful, your own pool is great. The large sized fridge was very useful. The robust poolside beanbag seating very comfortable. The outdoor shower is a pleasure in the Balinese climate. The large clean water supply was most welcome, other hotels could learn from you.👍 The gardens were beautifully cared for.

The shower over the bath is outdated , difficult and unsafe to get in and out of.🤔 A clothes airing rack is usually standard with this type of accommodation. The sofa seating was flat and uncomfortable. Your advertising is misleading as the restaurant and main pool with bar is a completely separate business.

The location is good, Anima restaurant was great 😃 Service n staff were great 😃 The view n photos were as we saw on Expedia n booking.com 10/10 on everything apart from the cons.

This review is for room 112, We are not commenting on other rooms as 112 is the room we stayed in. The Aircon was not as great as it should have been.we had to sleep without blankets despite AC was on all night. The toilet was not flushing in room 112 They tried to unblock the flushing but couldn't do it the proper way. The step from the shower tub to the floor is little bit to high for anyone older.

The private pool was a great feature. Hotel is close enough to beach and restuarants. Staff is respectful and helpful

The shower was in the bath, and the drain seemed blocked. We had to remove plug for water to drain in basin and bath. Maybe cleaners need to make sure that drains don't have any blockage. Soap dispenser also need to be checked regularly that they actually pump. These are small issues but will definitely make the experience better. There was only 1 bean bag pool lounger and we were 2 people.

The staff were so lovely and accomodating. The breakfasts were so great with lots of variety. Delivered on time each morning. We were so well looked after and the villas are beautiful with the plunge pool and options of floating breakfasts. My husband surprised me with flowers floating in the pool which the staff arranged. I got sick on the last day and the staff arranged a doctor to visit straight away and delivered some ginger tea. We would definately stay here again.

We had a scooter to get around. You'' need one of these to get to the beach or shops (5 minute ride) unless you take a taxi. Bit far to walk.

Breakfast was brilliant, many choices ,delivered to the room at my time requested. Superior to buffet in my opinion. The private (7x 2.4m) swimming pool was a standout. We used the pool constantly, in private , which was so nice. As it was low season (February) guests were offered lower in house rates for spa facilities which we couldn’t resist and had massages and body treatments twice a day. That was so lovely being able to afford those services. The restaurant had a wide variety of foods and drinks on offer and we ordered food every day. Quality of food was high and affordable. Not to mention the staff would be a big mistake, as they were exceptional. Couldn’t be more helpful. It’s only a 29 room hotel built Bali style , big rooms , pools ,individual attention to your needs eg Balinese massage which made our 11 night holiday very memorable. Well done sakaye villas .

Nothing was negative in our eyes

Great choice in breakfast, and they ask the time if delivery to your room. Was great until breakfast was an hour late on a day that we had planned to go out. Endless complimentary supply of water was amazing! Rooms clean, comfortable beds and pillows:

The villa was beautiful, just not suitable for young children as their room opened up right at the pool, and we couldn’t hear them from our room, so one of us had to sleep with them. Breakfast was late on a day that we had planned to go out so we missed out on a couple things. Accidentally dropped a teapot lid and was charged $10AU haha. They also need some non slip mats on the tiles, very slippery when wet an just beside the pool. We had to use all towels to put on tiles to prevent falling.

Staff are helpful, friendly and always with a smile. From the villa, you can conveniently walk to the marts/shops, halal restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious, beds and pillows are comfy. Even though our villa is next to the in house bar, it was not crazy noisy but yet, entertaining through the night. Breakfast was good and delicious.

3 bedrooms with tv, bt none at the main living room. But its not a big issue, just that my husband need to tv while having a meal 😂 Ceiling fan not working well at the living room.

There were a few slight problems at the beginning with language barrier and miscommunication This was quickly sorted and frustration was minimal as the hosts were very accomodating and tried their best in all instances to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable
