The room is clean, and the bed is comfy, but the hotel provides only two bottles a day if you need more, you have to pay 17000 for a bottle. Not supposed to be as I never pay in other hotels and they provide as much as we want. The shower room was smelly on the first day but it was ok after. THe water is salty and we can't boil for tea or coffee so we have to boil the bottle water hotel provides. And we have to buy water from outside shope which are very cheap if you compare with hotel price. This is the first hotel I stay and have to pay for extra water bottle. They provided a laundry package of 100000 for 20pcs, which I used. Thank you.

Clean, pretty fresh, not too far from the Kuta beach. There are a lot of items on the menu, but mostly Asian food. Good soundproof room, but you will hear people in the corridor. It is comfortable to work inside. Wi-Fi is fast. It broke only once during our 7 days for about an hour.

There's nowhere to dry your clothes, only in your room, which takes a lot of time. The gym needs renovation. Frozen pizza shall not be served in a restaurant.

I had the best time in this hotel. It was clean, safe, and had all the necessary amenities like restaurant, pool, spa, laundry and gym. Good value for money. The breakfast was especially good, they had authentic Indonesian dishes as well as continental options as well. As I was traveling solo, safety was a big thing for me and I have to say that I felt really safe here. The highlight for me were the friendly staff who would smile at you every time you pass by. They also gave me suggestions as to what I can do in Bali. They kept checking on me if I needed anything. Thank you Yuni, Nadia, Agastya, Bimbim, Deni and everyone else who made this experience amazing. Thanks to the amaxing staff who work so hard to make our stay enjoyable.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Good variety menu. Wheel chair accessable. Buffet breakfasts to choose from, Western and local. Restaurant has smoking amd non-smoking areas Prices are higher inside than outside for beers and foods, but are not bank breakers. Breakfast was like A$20. Wendy's at the mall 2 minutes walk away had 5 piece chicken for A$15. A restaurant inside I had dinner another night and the meal with 1 beer was A$20

The room doors should habe subbers on, because some people are really ignorant and slam their doors closed - it is annoying 2 am in the morning when someone slams their room door closed

A great hotel to stay in. Its not far away from the city center. You can get a car on Grab and reach the beaches on the west part of Bali in 15min depending on the traffic jam. The rooms and the hotel are clean. The breakfast is great as well, plenty of food to choose from. Next to the hotel there is a mall, you can get food there which is way cheaper than the food you can get on the beahes. The price is affordable, I think its okay for two people-its not expensive. Its 30mins away from the airport.

We had a nice room with access to the pool, where we swam a few lengths in the morning. The pool was open from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. use. The security ensured peace from this point on. The beds are very comfortable, so we had a restful sleep. Since we only had one chair in the room and my husband is already 80 years old, we asked for a second chair, which was brought to our room. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and fulfilled all of our wishes. My husband also received a vegetarian breakfast specially prepared for him. We felt very comfortable in the restaurant. It is very clean and pleasantly airy and the offering is varied, rich and tasty. For our 24th wedding anniversary we received a beautiful flower arrangement and candles. We would especially like to thank Fernando, our hotel manager, and his team. We came as guests and left as friends. We can only recommend the hotel. Although it is centrally located, it is quiet. We'd love to come back.

The shower head needs to be replaced.

Proximity to the airport. Very clean. Fair sized room and bathroom. Shower clean and good water pressure. Excellent value. Good breakfast selection. Friendly staff. Check in and out was simple. Pool area looked nice.

We had requested 2 double and one twin room for our group, we were allocated 2 twin and one double. Beds were very firm. Aircon was quite noisy. Not a lot in the area but served its purpose for one night near the airport.

Extremely easy check in. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Grated us every single time we walked past anyone. Room is superbly clean. Small gym but good workout. First TV to work 100%. Awesome wifi connection. Best shower ever. Aircon is literally the best aircon I've ever come across. Pool is clean and spacious for everyone. Breakfast is one of the highlights with a large spread of variety. Central location and close to everything you need. Happy and perfectly professional staff. We were so happy here that we extended our stay another couple days. Highly recommended.

The drainage in shower room isn't good. Even after repotting to reception, not good….

The breakfast was amazing. Fabulous selections of foods, fruit and so many wonderful fresh "stations" set up. On our first morning, we were running a little behind and they even did a courtesy call to remind us that breakfast was over in 30mins. Fantastic! If you exit and turn left, there is a big mall with arcades and an amusement park less than a 5 minute walk away. It's on the same side as the hotel. This was amazing for us as we went with kids and the arcade entertained them for an entire afternoon for under $20.
