Clean and modern. Good air conditioning

I booked a second night in the property after the first and this was not recognised so i was woken up to be told that it was no longer my room and i must check out, at 11pm! i showed her my booking and explained that i could not pay for the room until the next morning as there was no one at reception and no one answering my message!

Location is super strategic.

Room and facility such as water tap, sink, air con needs to be maintained.

Bathroom was leaking

The pool was great and clean.

The bathroom was dirty, hadn't been scrubbed in a long long time. The drain was so filled with muck that it reeked when water went down. There was a bird's nest with a family of birds in the bathroom fan which was weird but actually kind of sweet. Bedding didn't appear to be clean, lots of stains etc. No bed bugs and to be honest that's what I care about. The location was okay, not too noisy. Staff were nice, but hardly saw them. I think that with a little more attention to detail, this could be an amazing, affordable stay in Legian.

Dirty bed sheets, there is cockroach came from the bathroom to the room, many mosquitos I woke up my hands full of mosquito bites and the wifi doesn't work in the room only outside

The reality of the hotel does not correspond to the pictures at all, everything is in a terrible state, the walls are crumbling everywhere, there is dampness and mold everywhere, it’s even impossible to breathe there. This is a violation of sanitary standards. take care of your life and do not come to this place, and of course save your money
