I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Sunset Road and my experience was absolutely fantastic. The hotel offers a warm welcome and an elegant atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. Breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay. Every morning, a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes was served with attention to detail. From international classics to local specialties, there was something for everyone. The buffet was plentiful and constantly replenished, ensuring freshness and variety. Particularly notable were the fresh and tasty desserts, which were the perfect way to start the day. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with all modern comforts. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the view from the window offered a lovely glimpse of the city. The hotel staff were always helpful and courteous, ready to accommodate our every need with a smile. The location of the hotel is ideal, located in a strategic area that allows easy access to the main attractions of the city. Holiday Inn Sunset Road is the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, whether for business trips or family vacations. before arriving in Bali I had booked another hotel, like those hotels that you find on Booking with a breathtaking view surrounded by nature with a mega pool, unfortunately the reality was different from the photos, like many hotels in Bali. So if you want to be comfortable, clean, safe, with real photos to reality choose Holiday Inn Express Sunset Road the best

Brand new hotel with new furnishings. Very neat and clean facilities and rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Martinus at the Reception very polite and professional. Bed is so comfortable. Pool was clean and convenient. Grab pickup and dropoff is allowed at the carpark very convenient. Grand Lucky Supermarket and restaurant just next door. Free bottles of water provided much appreciated 🙏

Buffet Breakfast has limited options. You need to catch a Grab to the beach or other restaurants

The property was well maintained. Room was excellent. I like the bed so comfy. WiFi was very good connection. HK clean the room everyday. Location is bit far from Seminyak area and the beach. Nearby are Supermarket, gift shops, bank and some local restaurants. Staffs at the reception friendly and professional.

We were very satisfied from arrival to departure. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The meals in the hotel restaurant were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Excellent hotel and staff. Very understanding staff in view of Google map issue - showing a different location for the hotel. Best stay I have had. I will highly recommend this place. To note: Always use the Grandlucky Supermarket as the point of reference for locating the hotel.

It's comfortable and i love that we can just go out of our room ang enjoy the pool. I love the food as well and the staff are all nice. Every they clean the room so its always clean.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a great variety. The location was good and close walking distance to the beach, outlets and food spots and beside a grocery store. The pool was also very nice.
