The quick responses of staff. Starting from the time we've been picked up from the airport. He is very patient to wait and walk with us. The small kiosk helps us buy easy snacks and last-minute-needed things: wet tissues, Panadol, etc. Good breakfast with attentive staff with sharp eyes that are quick to respond: clean up tables, fill up the almost empty bowl.

There is no rug/special towel on the floor in the bathroom.

As a return customer, I would like to suggest the breakfast issue I have when I book rooms with breakfast for 1 adult with a child ( the room facility was for two adults )but In the end, my child's meal was extra charged, it is not much but annoying please make it more clear and accurate In general, the service is good, the location is very strategic and has private access to the mall

Airconditioning needs an upgrade in some rooms more variety in Breakfast menu

Modern environment, good lift, Access to Galleria mall. My comments are personal and the hotel was very good but I prefer more intimate places.

Pool was not inviting, looked dirty but sometimes the dark green tiles have this affect. Not recommended for tourists more for local conventions. On dual carriageway so not convenient for transport

Close to the mall with easy access to shops and restaurants. . Air conditioning was nice and cold, shower was great and the breakfast was ok also I would recommend for the price it's good value.. we use grab app to get cheap rides around bali during out stay.

First and foremost: The river view facing toward mangrove forest, benoa harbor, and Ngurah Rai airport is priceless. I watch picturesque views every morning, sun down and nighttime from my room window and balcony - no need to go out. Follow with the location, then staff, and value for money.

Internet is unstable.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, The best thing is, that the AC in the room is very cold.👍👍👍 Close to mall and other entertainment venues❤️

The elevator floor is dirty and needs to be cleaned frequently.🥴🥴 The drain in the bathroom is not smooth and seems clogged😬😬

The location is so close to the big mall and there is a way through the mall back to the hotel and so convenient. The gym is small but has great tools and is clean.

The air conditioner near the exit (close to the lift) and inside lift was not working well at that time. Feeling a bit warm. Worry about something happening with lift and trap inside for some time. Hope it won't happen in any circumstances.

This was booked for my father and I had no luck contacting the hotel from Australia. Sent a few messages with still no reply. He was happy with the face to face customer service however and said everyone was very helpful

The swimming pool is nice, the staff is helpful and friendly, the room is clean, the location is at a short walk distance (there's an access door from the hotel to the parking area of the mall) to mal galeria kuta bali (shopping center).

The fitness room is quite small and the airco in the fitness room doesn't work properly, the shower doesn't really have warm water.

Room service was good and efficient. Staff very friendly. Housekeeping did a good job everyday.

Ants everywhere all the time. There was no spa at this hotel.
