Huge bedroom with a nice and clean bathroom Amazing swimming pool Friendly and helpful staff

There is a restaurant in the hotel but it closes at 3pm, fortunately there are many good restaurants nearby Noisy customers around

My 2nd time here,,, always nice,, very friendly staff The girl on the desk is Beautiful. Nice spacious room cleaned everyday. Breakfast not bad,, lots of choice. Good location.

Unfortunately some of the furniture around the pool is broken,, there are only about 5 sunlougers made from wood but 3 of them were broken,, this need immediately addressing as there is maintenance on site and this should be fixed. Also one of the pool slabs broke whilst I was walking around and my leg fell in the broken concrete. I was lucky I didn't get injured other than a scratch as it could have been really nasty. But looking at the tiles there are many cracked and need checking for safety. I did report it to a staff member but he wasn't very interested

Familiar international feel to this hotel. It felt like any hotel of its type and you could have been anywhere in the world. It was clean and comfortable with efficient and friendly staff. We spent one night here before a flight and it was perfect for this purpose. There are several restaurants and coffee shops nearby and the hotel has a restaurant ( that we didn’t use). It was nice to have hot water in the basin and hand towels too (unusual in Sumatra in our experience). The shower was great, the bed comfortable and the WiFi worked well. A swimming pool gives this a bit more appeal too.

A typical ‘business’ room makes it a little characterless but at the price and for a night a great stop.

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. I used the small TV to catch up on news but otherwise did not bother to watch it. The buffet breakfast (included in the tariff) was lavish and varied with European and Asian options. When problems arose, the staff were quick to resolve them. I also appreciated that the hotel was a few blocks removed from the tourist frenzy of Kartika Plaza as you could walk around without being give the hard sell.

Given that the hotel was some walking distance from Kuta's party streets, it was a shame that bar facilities were limited. A quiet beer after a long day is a good way of winding down:)

Location close to the airport like 10 minutes. Use Google Map to find it straight away. The rooms are very spacious with balcony. Complete facilities, there is a TV and a mini refrigerator but empty. It would have been better if they had some refreshments in the fridge. The bed is big, comfortable. The bathroom is clean but small. And there is a hair dryer. In the room there is a sofa and table that can be used for work. The dressing table is also big, obviously I'm happy. Large, clean swimming pool. Breakfast timing 7-10 am couldn't get to experience due to late nights. Stayed here for 3 weeks, overall I liked the experience, would recommend next time.

It's a big resort ,,with huge swimming pool ,,,the room is huge ,,and cleaned thoroughly everyday. The power stays on all the time so can leave Aircon on throughout the day. The staff are all really nice and friendly.I rented a scooter from the hotel which was really cheap. The breakfast I found had lots of choice and was one of the better breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Lots of western choices as well as many asian choices ,,dedicated egg station for omelette or scrambled eggs etc, lots of fruit and cakes and even pizza and sandwiches. The location is literally 10 mins from the airport or 10 minutes walk to main drag of kuta . It was very quiet when I stayed ,,I was literally the only person at the swimming pool but I didn't mind. For what you get it's great value

The only one negative was there is a horrible smell in the toilet bowl. Not sure if it's the water or what but every time lift the lid smells of sulphur. Could really use a toilet bowl cleaner ,or blue toilet eliminate the smell

The best western is very comfortable. The room was clean and I love that not only the bed was big, but also had a little sofa and table in the room. The bed was also one of the most comfy of my travels. The pool was beautiful, big and a bit warm, which I know a lot of people would appreciate. The staff is very kind and don't enter the room until you leave for the day which I am not sure how they knew, but were in there when I was gone for like 15 minutes. They provided room service when I ordered down stairs and gave me a bowl when I needed it for outside food. The hotel itself is very large and comfy and good service for the price.

This isn't a deal breaker but I was upgraded to a handicap room, with a lifted tub. I just found the water to get on the floor really easily. It's located in Kuta in an area that is a few blocks off the beaten path. A more rural area with local food around you, not very touristy, so if you're looking for touristy, it may put you off a little. But I felt very safe in the daytime.

We received an upgrade from a king room to a junior suite free of charge. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was nice. Once past mid day the pool is in the shade. We had to work most mornings and spent the afternoons wandering the beach. Enjoy the quite back streets and gangs.

The Shower Stall felt like needles piercing your skin. However,the suite had separate tub withe shower head which was fine.

Very reasonable price ,got 2 rooms interconnected Breakfast was yum 😋 Easy pest stay Staff was good ,down to earth Kids had fun in pool ,we enjoyed breakfast around pool . Not crowded

Maintenance and renovation needed but we can't expect when it's value for money and paying so less for stay as compared to hotel where we spend 4 times more like hard rock and other hotels are over corded.

Good location, close to the airport and a short walk to the beach and busy areas of Kuta. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool was a decent size and very clean. The buffet breakfast was great, lots to chose from!

The locks on the doors were a little damaged which might be a concern to some people, although we didn’t have any trouble. There were works going on in the pool area which meant it wasn’t safe for us to sit by the pool sometimes which was a shame but also expected if work has to be carried out.
