We were looking for a hotel close to the airport. The rooms were great, pool lovely. Breakfast buffet with a lot of variety. However the seat covers on the breakfast chairs were all dirty, it is difficult to clean them I suppose. Also the atmosphere at breakfast we didn’t like because many guests were eating in a way that good leftovers were all over the floor (this is nothing the hotel can influence, however we didn’t like it). Staff was very friendly. For our purposes, one night close to airport, it was great.

Nice and clean hotel. A typical 3* hotel, you can expect to see in Europe. Rooms are spacious enough for the occupancy, comfortable beds, a little bit worn-out but clean linens. Buffet breakfast is sufficient but not too lavish. Simple and nutritious. Pool is maintained well, good vibes, friendly and helpful staff.

Smell of mould in our room, neighborhood is a bit rough. WiFi is terrible. Very humid in the room, no proper ventilation

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Swiss-Belhotel Tuban Bali, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism made us feel welcome and valued. My room was impeccably clean and spacious. The hotel's amenities were excellent—especially the big pool next to their restaurant. The hotel's location was also perfect, making it easy to explore Kuta. We’re incredibly grateful to the Swiss-Belhotel Tuban Bali team for their dedication to exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. I guess they are rebranding to something else by next year. I have added the same review on google too!! Superlike from us :)

Low lighting in the rooms but other then that 10/10.

Staff is great. They even ran an errand for me, for which I'm very grateful. The room was nice, the balcony was of a comfortable size. Very clean. Breakfast hours are great - from 06:00 to 10:00

Breakfast is... poor. They have everything and nothing at the same time. They were understaffed, especially at the eggs/omlette section where queues of 15 people were usual occurrence. And they have only two staff members there, most of the time the second one is not present or is preparing pancakes. Those two young men were working very hard to accommodate such a number of guests, they are doing their job very very good but 2 of them is not enough, especially when they also need to prepare pancakes/waffles as well at the same time literally (multitasking making pancakes, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omlettes...), and they are still super nice. And everyone wants eggs for breakfast. So, we once waited for more than 15 minutes for eggs. Pool is shallow, only 1.2m at it deepest.

Once you walk into the swiss-bel hotel you a greeted with such lovely staff. The entire hotel is beautiful and brings such a wholesome environment to be in. From check in to check out we were taken care of & we had my 2 year old son with us. Having access to the restaurant with beautifully cooked food from the buffet breakfast, a quick bite at lunch or a yummy meal for dinner we were sorted. The pool was great fun for my son as he was able to walk around instead of being held all the time the little kids pool was just an absolute bonus. There was a kids centre which my son loved there was a staff member resented at all time which was absolutely god sent as times id need to go toilet if anything happened I would get a phone call from the staff member inside the kids room. The housekeeping service was great. the aircon was amazing. the balcony view facing the outside rather the pool was an absolute delight seeing the sunrise & sunset we enjoyed our stay we will most definitely be back. NOTHING - everything was amazing!

The friendly and helpful staff. The pool was lovely. The size of our room was great.

I understand the hotel has recently changed hands. I felt the hotel did their very best and attended to everyone’s needs in a positive way. Our room was a great size, clean and tidy but bathroom needed some updating. Some cushions on the pool lounges would add to the comfort. The breakfast coffee had sugar added to it which was disappointing. Some dry grains would also be nice at breakfast. We loved the cocktails and happy hour but 20 minutes was a long time to wait for our drinks to be served. Also, neighbourhood dogs barked a lot at night and sounded like they were fighting. It was very quiet apart from that.

The supportive staff and services, the facilities, swimming pool, breakfast and cafeteria, cleanliness of all the areas etc.

(1) The location of the hotel is in a congested and crowded area, we did not need an alarm since the early morning - thanks to cook-de-cook by the roosters🐓 in surrounding the hotel. (2) Very little tiny ants in the room, if any food item is open by mistake, these ants aren't miss their role to make that open food non-usable again. Apart from these issues, the hotel is very good and I would book again in the future if I get a good price deal.

Breakfast was huge with a lot of variety and was good. Pool was also good for adults & kids, room was spacious with comfy beds & cleanliness was maintained. Staff was helpful.

The location is not upscale at all, neighborhood is not a place I would like to stay, but the hotel is good.

We had two reservations with a single account, one was a Grand room for 1 night for my parents, and I stayed for 2 nights in a normal "Deluxe" room. By mistake I have already separately reviewed their Grand room as my own stay, so this review will be more for their room to even out the score. To sum up: hotel is good, staff is great, pool is decent. The Grand room overlooking the pools was great, the Deluxe room looking to the street was okay but noisy from other guests. Also: free airport private bus and luggage storage after checkout!

My "Deluxe" room had noise problems from surrounding guests. Hotel has many guests from the country with the biggest population in the world, but they always take the most affordable option (see my other review for details of the crazy noise these guests can make). So a Grand room is recommended for peace and quiet. The location could be a bit better, it is at least 15 minutes of walking to the beach.

I was first placed in a room right by the reception. While the room was nice, there was constant noise from guests checking in and out of the hotel. The noise eventually kept me from falling asleep. I let the front desk know my issue and they immediately moved my room to the top floor and upgraded me substantially. I was grateful! The staff was kind and did it right away without question or hesitation. It was wonderful customer service.

I don't love Kuta and much prefer other places in Bali. So if I have any complaints, it would be related to that. Not the hotel.
