Swiss-Belinn Luwuk is next level, on the exceptional dial. The staff made our experience all the more incredible; authentically kind, accommodating, always going above and beyond their roles as concierge, receptionist, maintenance guy, absolutely everyone we met during our stay made us smile! The pool is gorgeous, clean and extremely well cared for, the view… THE VIEW… is ridiculous. Breakfast outstanding, not only the selection available and the freshness of the food on offer, but once again the staff again at the hotel in hand to help with anything in the way of dietary requirements or anything! Think of something, I have no doubt they’ll have a solution! Huge appreciation for Husain on the front desk, who knew everything (and more!) He has a wonderful way and could not have helped us more during our stay. Thank you!

Nothing… we loved every minute of our stay!

The hotel is pretty close to the famous Panta Kilo 5. If you don’t mind walking uphill. The rooms the way they are built is little confusing, I am guessing they just kept adding rooms. The pool is nice and view is very nice. My room was in the corner facing the ocean. The staffs are the highlight of this hotel. They are extremely helpful and nice. My phone in the room for some reason I kept calling but I could hear them and but they couldn’t hear me. The staff was at my door right away and installed a new phone in a second. They have a restaurant(spectacular view), gym and spa which was quite cheap. They will also organize taxi for you for tours.

I think this hotel has been there for long time. I can’t talk about other rooms but my room seems slightly old. Nevertheless it was pretty clean.

The front desk staff, the management, from housekeeping to culinary to groundskeeper! Even watching how the young man carefully and impeccably laid out beach towels on the pool loungers! The level of detail and loving attention to a job well done was evident! I can't say enough on the hospitality of the staff and their concern that you enjoy your stay! Highly and effusively recommend this hotel!9

Reasonable location, clean and room service staff helpful.

Internet is shocking and rarely worked, had YouTube for one day then nothing and local channels stopped working as well. The receptionist basically said you weren't allowed YouTube. Made no sense and was unable to explain but the language barrier might have been the issue.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was one of the loveliest places we have ever been to! Outstanding is definitely the staff! We have never met such caring and lovely staff! From the manager to the room service and restaurant personell everyone was so so nice! The hotel staff went out of their way to help us with our questions, problems and everything! The room was spacious, very clean and stylish! The breakfast was very good and had a big selection, you could ask for fresh pancakes and eggs. They have a laundry service and help you with any kind of transportation or organisation! Very good English! The entire hotel is very elegant and beautiful. We loved it and would 100% recommend!

Great hotel with great facilities and amenities and an amazing sea view (esp. during sunrise). Given the location, I didn't expect much from the hotel, however it exceeded my expectations and i had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, esp since I just returned from a 1-week adventure in Banggai islands. Perfect hotel to rest and be lazy!

AC was not that cold in my room, but otherwise everything else was great!

Nice hot shower, comfortable bed. Really nice staff. The hotel is a bit far from the food stalls and shops, as it’s way up the mountain. They do have shuttle to the airport which was great. Nice value for money.

The distance is not great if you want to go buy something or have some food outside of the hotel, but it’s easy to get a taxi or a grab from the hotel.

The rooms were nice. The staff were friendly. Especially Husen he helped us a lot with planning trips. The pool area was good.

The breakfast was okay. Would not recommend the restaurant though. Very expensive for a medium to low quality of food. It is a bit far away from the center but the staff at the reception always helped us to get a taxi.

Very nice view. Rooms comfortable. Good shower. Comfy bed. Airco works great. Nice breakfast with a great view.

The sheets had a lot of stains and it looked like they were used allready and not washed. We wanted to go to the gym in the evening but it was closed already. Would be nice to have acces all day instead of only in the morning.

Super nice facilities, gym, pool and spa. Good wifi. The breakfast has many options, western style and Indonesian style too.

The location in booking is wrong, check it in google maps. The food is expensive compared to everywhere else but you can catch a cab and go to the city center.
