This is a pretty nice hotel. The rooms were decent size and comfy. A couple of chairs for sitting near the window was nice. Room service was prompt and inexpensive. Food was good and good value for money. The staff arranged a trip to Tumpack Sewu Waterfall. The neighborhood is upscale. There is nice supermarket and mall across the street.

It is far from the center of town, over 20 minutes by cab. The pool was closed for the first day, and once it opened, we found the seating around it to be a bit lacking (most of the chaise lounges were in need of repair). They put out some stacking padded chairs from the conference rooms for extra seating. The hotel lists a second flood bar, but it is only non alcoholic drinks and was closed the whole time we were there.

Clean, spacious, well airconditioned rooms with a nice view across to Bromo if staying on 5/F or above. Good sized pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall and adequate and well-maintained 4 star hotel.

All windows are completely sealed for safety, but this means there is zero ventilation in the rooms as the aircons are simple split units, there is no central air-conditioning. Consequently the air in the corridors is also stuffy, with staff always shutting the small window there if you try to open it. Another odd feature was the height of the washbasins in the bathrooms: they are placed only 71cm above the ground. For anyone over 1.80m, this means bending or kneeling to access the washbasin, a real pain if you are stiff or have a bad back.

My family and I were delighted by the EXCEPTIONAL FRIENDLINESS and HELPFULNESS of everyone. The reception team left us with a remarkable impression, showcasing the seamless process from booking to check-in and check-out. I must commend the Housekeeping team for their UNBELIEVABLE POLITENESS and FRIENDLINESS, especially the individual who tended to my room, 526, on Wednesday, January 3, 2024. He did an OUTSTANDING JOB. The breakfast experience was fantastic, boasting an ABUNDANCE OF VARIETIES that truly impressed us. Thank you, everyone... We will see you next time. My only concern pertained to the bathroom; it could benefit from regrouting and a thorough deep clean.

The staff are cool and the location ia very helpfull. The hotel is just across a big supermarket, some nice restaurants

The swimming pool was not maintained well. They did fix it the next day, but my children lost interested. Other rhan that the experience was very good. We stayed for 4 good nights!!

The room was spacious. The food was great.

Internet connection was not stable. Need to log in every time want to use it. The hotel not provide iron, but they charge you if you want to use the service. International travellers need to know this so that they can prepare well before check in.

Location, inside a housing area of Araya, just 1 minute walk from starbucks, fore, and burger king, and just across plaza Araya. And since this is a business trip, it was nearby Persada Hospital where my workshop held. The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful (compared to another 3 star hotel)

Also the location, outside tbe housing complex, the highway are too busy with a lot of truck

Very convenient location. It was right across from the mall with a grocery store and plenty of food options.

The rooms and bedding were clean and comfortable. The showers could do with more attention to cleaning.

The staff is so good. They helped us so much to rent bike,and took mount bromo package.

Everything is ok. But i think they have to need to get some indian food in breakfast & hairdryer will be keep in washroom.

Every thing was great the FO, house keeping and the FB staff were so polite and helpful every one here is smiling
