I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. One highlight was the breakfast, which offered a delightful blend of local cuisine and the usual bread and pastries. It was a great way to savor the local flavors while still having some familiar options. I was also positively surprised when they refunded a breakfast I did not have time to take. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming, and their warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at this place. Very clean room, excellent view of the mountains and city. The pool is long enough. The room was quiet and I did not hear other neighbors. It didn't take long to check in. I visited the gym, it is quite small but still I managed to work out

During one evening they called the room 4 times to offer different services. I had to disconnect the phone from the network. This is the only thing I did not like about this hotel

The breakfast is very good with lots of different options. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

We were not given and hand towels and the hotel also didn’t have a water fountain to refill water bottles. The pool was closing early (7pm) and communication in English with the staff was not easy sometimes.

The room was a little bit old but clean. The bathroom provided a hair dryer. The staff was nice. The breakfast was offered with buffet and provided different kinds of food (traditional Indonesian, western, and even Chinese congee). It is also near to two malls so it is convenient to get dining or shopping.

The light was dim in the room, which is not so good for working.

Quite nice room with good view. Very friendly and professional staff.

Especially bathroom need a bit more maintenance. The curtain in the shower bit old and slightly smelly, drainer bit blocked and next to the toilet water was leaking.

Wide variety of breakfast buffet. The food is good. The location is also great, with the supermarket/cafes and Universitas Brawijaya. The staff was polite and helpful when I requested a universal adapter.

This is just my personal preference as I don't like the soap/shower gels provided.

We were greeted with hospitable & friendly staff throughout our stay there. From the doormen, the front desk right up to the management level. The food were good with a variety of local dishes. Perhaps can add in more international or western cuisines or pastries in the breakfast buffet spread.

The bathroom were a little small in our rooms. There was no ironing facilities in the room.

Staff were amazing, always willing to help without fail, Good size room and bathroom despite the small ants around the sink which wasn't really a problem for me. Nice location, breakfast was so-so only really local options (which I do love, just not for breakfast) which I found to be too heavy to eat for breakfast so I just stuck to waffles.

Because I booked through booking.com, I cannot put it to my Garuda miles, although I paid directly to the hotel. I found it strange. Be careful folks.

This is my 3rd time staying here. The location is very good, walking distance to universities, malls, and cafes. Good breakfast as usual. The price also affordable.

The bathroom is a bit small.
