The room had no windows that faced outside so it was completely dark in the room when the lights were off - we had the best sleep ever. The beds were so comfortable- we slept for nearly 13 hours straight which was great after such long travel days. The room was clean. Nice hot showers. One receptionist was really good at helping us organise a car/motorbike for the day.

The staff were weird about letting us fill up our water bottles- one staff member wanted us to buy more bottles of water instead of letting us fill up our bottles from the water cooler which isn't good for environment and just adds to more plastic waste. The WiFi didn't work in our room.

This was a clean, well-run hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The security guard at the gate was a good bloke, and those at reception helped me figure out how to get a train to Yogyakarta.

As others have mentioned, the windows opening into the hallway are somewhat odd feature. This is by no means a reflection on the staff, but I was woken at 6am (after a sleepless night visiting Mt Bromo the night before) by a family playing some sort of racquetball in the hallway. Perhaps the staff could have interceded?

The hotel was located close to the train station. We took a Grab taxi to get there, and there was a parking lot for stopping or parking. The hotel staff were very polite and tried to help us. There was no fridge in the room, but we were allowed to use the hotel’s fridge. The room was clean and quiet.

One wardrobe had a strange smell.

It’s located next to shops, cafes and local food spots. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The rooms needed a good deep clean. You can tell they clean between guests but only certain areas. Our mirror was dirty and under the bed was dusty. For the price I’d expect breakfast options.

The staff has been wonderful in catering to all our needs and always with a big smile. Our room was spacious and every day we got we got two waterbottles for free. The housekeeping department is amazing and that was very much appreciated. Near the hotel are an atm, supermarket and nice restaurants to visit, the and great tours to nature. Thank you for such a nice stay

The hotel is located in a quiet and clean neighborhood. There are good restaurants nearby. It is safe, and you can go out for a walk in the nearby neighborhood anytime. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Price/Comfort relation is very good, it is a very comfortable, clean, and good hotel for a great price.

Clean and comfy guesthouse with a very good staff ❤️!! Tours are not overcharged and easily arranged. If I return to Malang, I will choose this accommodation again !

It’s not about the property itself but I would like to share this with other travelers : as Malang can experience air pollution do not forget to take precautions if you’re sensitive.

The location excellent accessible to all necessary area but have to walk in area of busy road but still doable. Bed and pillow comfortable.They clean up and top up the toiletries and tea/coffee everyday. Good hospitality. Room is clean. They have balcony and kitchen area for eating and rest.

The Towel a bit too small for adult size for us travel in group. Have to bring extra towel 😅

The staff were very friendly. They even contacted me via WhatsApp to communicate about our stay/extension. The location was perfect. They cleaned the room daily and changed fresh new towels and refilled mineral water bottles daily without even having us to ask them. They were very efficient. The entire stay was perfect.

The room is big. The kitchen and the dinning room is a good option for eat there. In front of the Guest House there is a market with internacional food products (Grand Padano, a lot of fruits, different types of breads, tuna, iougurts, meat, fish, olive oil, Belgian chocolat,...) where you can buy all you can need

The towels are very used and worn out
