We asked for a room which is located close to a router due to remote work. And the room we received was exactly what we needed. Fast internet and a big desk which fit 2 people! Everyday cleaning, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet with Indonesian food, really tasty. We also asked for omlet and they made it every day with no problems. There is Indomaret 1 min walk from the hotel. There is a big barrel of water on a corridor, so you don’t have to worry about buying water every day. Would definitely come back.

Room was pretty dark, not enough of lights.

Kind staff and very helpful, they tried their best to help us on our information request and we book with the reception our tour to Tumpak Sewu. Good location near the center and shops, I recommend walking to visit because many surprises beautiful and small streets in the center of malang, also not far from colorful village Nice breakfast The room is confy and have everything that your need, the only bad mark is the curtain is not covering enough the Window and I was afraid something coule see us form outside

1 suggestion for hotel please : could you put bigger curtain on the room to cover the Windows proprely and make sure nobody could see us from outside specially for my room that was in level G

Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast , new bathroom. Ideal base for Malang. Good a/c.

Room required basic maintenance - laminate lifting, electrical switches not working. We initially had a room change due to ingress of rain.

Location near train station Very helpful staff, gave us breakfast box at 00.15 am when we asked, before our trip to Bromo Bed was comfy Breakfast was good, with lots of choice

Great location just walking distance to cafes. We bought avocadoes and the hotel cafe gave us free condensed milk for us to enjoy the avocadoes.

The water heater should be checked regularly..sometimes its cold, sometimes its hot during our stay.

The cleanliness..to maintain the hygiene..all towels in the plastic bag..which i never found in other 3star hotel..the staff at reservation also very helpful.

No elevator..since i get the upper room..its not convinience for us who bring the luggage..

The hotel is in need of some matenance. For example the the towelreck is broken and the bathroom door needs to be replaced.

Room was very dated and cracking in the walls and all the woodwork. Also the room smelt of chemicals not ideal. But the location brilliant and staff couldn’t do more for you.
