We arrived late and left early the next morning so didn't really have a chance to use many of the facilities. We went to the rooftop pool and it was lovely but a little chilly that evening so we didn't go in. We had dinner at Gin Gin and it was nice. Plus the sell beer! We also sat on the rooftop and enjoyed the sunset. Breakfast buffet had limited options but we weren't looking for anything big. Staff was very friendly. We never left the hotel so can't say anything about "location".

This hotel is a pleasant modern business hotel type but the restaurant and rooftop pool are amazing, with 360 deg views of the volcanic scenery around Malang. Swimming and dining are highlights of this hotel in a city surrounded by magnificent mountain landscapes. Breakfast is excellent

The room had a foul smell and didn’t feel very clean Furniture and decor was dated We were on a non-smoking floor yet there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the corridors

The rooftop pool is beautiful and very clean. The restaurant has very good food (not only indonesian). The staff extremely friendly.

The room is not in good condition as it looks in the pictures. All the "less visible" parts of the room not so clean. No wardrobe, just a few hooks.

Location is good, the staff are nice and the rooms are comfy. The hotel's amenities are nice too. It has a nice view of the city up at the terrace.

It's had its days of glory and seems a bit outdated. It's a bit worn out too, so you can expect to find bed linen with some holes in it. The rooms are also not soundproofed, so expect a lot of noise coming into your room from both the windows (warning: it's located on a very busy avenue), and also from other guests moving around in the corridors.

The hotel was great and cheap for what it was! Very spacious, very clean, staff was amazing! Swimming pool on the rooftop was the best place in the entire hotel. With the restaurant and bar as well.

Great welcome, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, modern clean comfortable room. The view from the rooftop pool on a clear day when you can see volcanoes in 3 directions is absolutely stunning

The Restaurant GinGin on the 8th floor was very delicious. We went there initial because we were tired and it was the closest. Then we came back three times! Especially our server Rani was perfect and made us feel very welcomed.

The swimming pool on the roof was nice and the views over Malang good. Staff were nice and efficient. Breakfast basic but sufficient. Cold beer too.

The room is ok but small and has an Ibis Budget feel, so just a few hooks on the wall to hang clothes.

Nice hotel in the lovely city of Malang. All the basic things good and has a lovely rooftop pool and bar/cafe with great city views. Staff friendly and food good.

Not a dislike but a suggestion for a water refill station. Doesn't need to be free, just cheaper than buying smaller plastic bottles.
