Was my first experience in 101 and Malang , I came from very far away and I was worried that the experience may be different but it's was totally the opposite it's worth coming again, the stuffs were awesome and friendly especially all the security people 😊 and the receptionist as well. The breakfast, was great too as well as the people who are working hard there too. One more thing, the housekeeping were amazing. If I'm planning to come to Malang again then the 101 with no hesitation.

It's a very nice hotel, the facilities are good and it's clean, the room is very big and the breakfast has a lot of options. The bed is big and comfortable. I can recommend it!

The restaurant is pretty bad. I ordered duck with rice and my partner had a different dish. We had to wait 45 minutes to get the food and when we got it and I started to ear the duck, I realized that this peace was mostly skin and bone. I could get a maximum of 30 grams of meat. My partner ordered a Cappuccino and when he got it it was cold. We were very disappointed. Luckily, the service was nice and could reflect our disappointment in the bill, but we did not repeat.

The 101 Malang OJ Hotel is a great value with clean rooms, comfortable beds, a nice desk for working, and hot waterfall showers. I could name many things that I like about this hotel but what I enjoyed the most was the staff. During my 5 night stay I experienced Indonesian hospitality at its finest. Every encounter I had started with a smile and ended with the feeling that I was truly an appreciated guest. I've stayed at a few hotels that I thought were special, but none that made me feel so special. Thank you everyone at The 101 Malang OJ Hotel for such a memorable experience.

Centrally located, convenient to laundry. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Toilets are reliable and hot water works well. Room service food is excellent. Staff are friendly and attentive. They even came to welcome us with some tarts. Room view with mountain( on request) was amazing. Breakfast spread is good enough for us.

Air con can be erratic. Too cold at times.

The hotel is super central in Malang and within walking distance from the train station. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I even forgot my headphones in the room and they placed them at the reception. The breakfast was huge and super delicious. They even called us so that we do not miss the breakfast. The dinner in the Sky Lounge is also super tasty and very affordable. We can fully recommend to stay there.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room certainly exceeded the expectation considering how much I paid for it. It is not the Grand Hyatt, but it certainly will do when staying a couple of days in Malang.

While the staff was very friendly and willing to help, their English was often too limited to communicate easily. In addition, the walls are very thin, the room next to us had a bunch of screaming kids in them and the walls were not dampening any of the noise.

-the house keeping person who was in charged at the night we checked in and asked him to mop the floor because of our shoes accidentally caused some dirty shoe prints, he took off hisnshoes and came in barefoot and start mopping the floor backward.. The floor was absolutely clean. Really appreciate this. - free another towel for visitor with two children - breakfast menu is varied and tasty

Over all, What's not to like? Cleanliness, hospitality, room service, location, all are as expected. Please do keep up the good work. Maybe add a small rack inside the bathroom, near the shower.

The spacious room ! The foods at the resto is also various, since u re in east java,u ll find many crackers they provide there..heaven for me! Staffs are very nice and fast respond. Room are clean,pillows are provided hard and soft.locations r in the centre of the city, easy to go wherever.

Nice, spacious rooms. Conveniently located. Amazing breakfast with plenty of choices (both Indonesian and Western) and super tasty herbal tea. Hotel has spa where you can get really good massage - just remember to book in advance as they are a bit busy. The swimming pool is not the best one.

Very nice staff, we arrived earlier and they accommodated us so we could chemin as early as possible, clean and comfortable rooms and beds, big breakfast choice
