The staff is extremely kind and helpful with every request you have! :) The rooms are clean and really nice, they have hot showers and provide free water refills. The bed is huge and comfy and there is free coffee/tea.

From 7am to 8pm they play the same annoying 3 infant music songs all day long so make sure to bring earplugs, because you will hear it in your room.

everything was very clean. even the bathroom was clean and smell good too. they make up your bed and change the towels every day, where other hotels with stars didn’t do it.

mineral water, they put the dispenser on the 1st floor. poor fot the guest on the 3rd floor.

Nothing was really good. It is ran by students, that is good, but quality is poor.

How people can say it is great? Maybe when you are used to sleep under a bridge? Not clean, mattress dirty, pillows dirty. music in the hall way but stopped after I complained. What is it with hotels and music in the whole hotel, not only in the lobby? All hotels are noisy and than they think you need to listen to music all day? I was sick so I needed to sleep. Almost every hotel, cheap or expensive. They don't think about what the customer wants or needs?
