We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is still full of nature. The staffs were super friendly and they really care for their customers. For example, I actually didn't asked for a king sized bed assuming that we are a couple and would prefer to sleep on a king sized bed. I really appreciate their careful attention. The facilities were great. They had lots of swimming pool to choose from, a big playground for kids to play, reflexology and spa and more. However this resort has a few flaws. One of them was there was no place for us to dry our wet clothes which I think a lot of people need seeing how many people I saw hanging their clothes on the tree branches 😅

The main pool was closed for a full day due to maintenance without prior notice The service, although friendly and well intended, wasn't always efficient (especially in the restaurant) Food was good but pricey and often several items on the menu were not available The noise from the muezzins of surrounding mosques at night is absolutely atrocious There is a lot of garbage burning going on in the surroundings at night, which sometimes leads to horrible smoke everywhere Not a nice location to go out from the resort for a walk, and far from the city centre The resort is not finished yet, construction works continue, with some noise (even in the evenings)

It is a beautiful resort with many facilities and amenities that is suitable for families. The place has many activities to offer such as pony ride, petting zoo and many swimming pools to choose from. The gardens are beautifully manicured.

As it’s mainly a weekend gateway the restaurant was not fully functional during the weekdays. We ordered lunch and it took almost an hour to prepare and the quality was below average.

Staff is amazing and accommodating The property is clean, green, and beautiful They offer a pool table and numerous pools The food is good They connected us with a Bromo Tour which was nice.

The address in booking is wrong. It is missing the street number. I suggest searching the location in google maps and following that route. The spa is not great. It is a hotel room with two beds and smelly towels. The staff is not experienced at all.

One word ‘exceptional’, the luxury, the friendly staff, the amazing food and the unique and cozy accommodation! We can’t describe our experience in words, but we said to each other “we’re coming back here with our kids; we know they’re going to loooooove it”. If you’re looking for everything under one roof, you have everything here at arms reach! Thank you to all the friendly staff, thank you for this amazing experience.

The whole resort is amazing. The view, location, and services are top-notch. Ensure you get the cottages. It's one of the best experiences, and it has amazing views as if you are in Hobbit World.

Due to the area being very near to nature, there would be some bugs flying around at night. As long as you close your room door time to time then it should be fine

Nice location, good for taking picture, so beautiful. I book 2 person room and 4 person room, both room was nice and cozy. The bed was so comfy. Staff were nice and polite. Really helpful. Room service the food was also delicious.

The 4 person room, the toilet door lock was broken. It need to be fixed. Also need to check the air-cond remote need change battery.

It is a wonderful place and the staff is really friendly. The pools are realy nice and clean as well.

There are some mosques around the place which start their praiers at 4am for half an houre you can hear this clear and loud in the rooms. The restaurant was ok but didn't match the standard of the resort. Everything else was amazing.

Fantastic 2 bed villa with private pool. Lots of space, good air con in bedrooms. Beautiful gardens and well kept. Communal pools lovely too. Helpful staff. Daughter liked the rabbit enclosure. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Good base for bromo trip.

It’s a bit far out and Grab can’t always find it easily but overall it was worth it.

The staff was a bit disorganised. During the night (4 or 5 in the morning) there were some super loud prayers in some speakers. I can expect that it was cultural, but the room could be soundproofed because it was very challenging to rest
