We choosed this place because of close location to Bunaken. Needed place to spend night before we can go to Bunaken. Pool and all the garden area was excellent. Room was a bit tired, but still OK to stay. Breakfast hat lot's of choises. We did eat also late dinner, this was OK too. We used their transfer, bus was big and driver spoke good English.

Room was bit tired. The water in the tank in hall was finished. I think we could ask for it. but we had our own water and no time to wait someone to bring it.

Everything working in both of our connected rooms, friendly staff, well maintained garden and area. Good selection of breakfast choices. We do not relate to the many poor reviews and were very happily surprised. We extended our initial 3 days with a further 5 days.

Curtains towards balcony had black stains probably from the door locks. No true first aid kit available on site with bandages. I needed that but it was overall very difficult to source in the pharmacies in Manado. English speaking was very limited with the front desk staff - it seems only one person was somewhat fluent. It was, however, not a problem for us. We would stay again any time.

The service s and property facilities were everything we excepted, friendly staff whom accommodated every need, delicious buffet breakfast, tranquil location and ambient gardens and swimming pool, the pontoon walk through the mangrove to the scenic private harbour is a must.

the beds at grand luley are amazing! had really deep and comfortable sleeps in my time here - even better than 4 points at Sheraton Manado which I moved to after my stay here. i also highly, highly recommend the massage - one of the best i've had and i've had many massages across Asia! it also offered many different diving and snorkeling options. good base if you want to explore the small islands around the area.

the hotel is a little dated - aircon had some dripping. food is also served really slowly (but typical of manado). finally the place is out of the way so be sure to drive/ arrange private transport and there's not many food options nearby + the hotel doesnt allow for delivery so just be aware of that.

I stayed in this hotel for many times. When we visit Manado we always come to this hotel. We stayed voor a week and I booked 2 more rooms xtra for the family also. Me and my family we had a pleasant vacation. The garden is beautiful, the sea view is amazing. The food is good. My son and the other family of mijn they like the food. Delicious. Very helpful and friendly staffs. Every time we come here they always welcome us. The room is clean. The pool is nice and clean. Thank you Grand Luley. See you next time.

Everything is according my expectations

The Breakfest was excellent and all stuffs we're so helpfull and friendly. Our Special greetings we sent to Manager Mr.Ebson!!! IT was a pleasure for us to speak with HIM and he told us so much about the Hotel, the area, His Islands He came from and so on. Also the people in the Village before the Hotel where very friendly!

The resort has a very good restaurant and pool area with clean rooms and very welcoming staff . We had a Luley pizza in the evening and the included breakfast buffet in the morning which really started our holiday off on a good footing

it is quite a long taxi ride from the airport and the taxi cost 250,000idr but on the upside we where able to arrange for a shorter boat transfer from the resorts harbour to Bunaken

the pool area is very nice

the hotel did not allow our boatman to access the pier of the hotel. We had to go around and access another location much further away, which was inconvenient
