- Very good hotel located in the center of Mataram (convenience stores & cafes in front, 300m from the magnificent Islamic Center, which is definitely worth a visit) - Very professional and helpful staff - Room very clean and comfortable with a tv, a fridge, a kettle, free tea/coffee, water dispenser in the hallway - Room service available - Great breakfast open from 6:30 to 10 : lots of options of cold & hot dishes, several juices available - There is a spa in the hotel but we did not try it.

Everything was great ! We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we are in Mataram.

Great location, close to shops and the Epicentrum Mall. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, even tho it’s close to the biggest mosque in Lombok, you can barely hear any outside noise. The staff was prime too. They doubled checked the room before we left to ensure we didn’t forget anything and were very helpful when needed. Would definitely come back’

Super clean and comfortable room. Staff went above and beyond accommodating our needs and were extremely nice and helpful while doing so. We appreciated the availability of free water dispensers, which provide fresh, cold water and help reduce plastic bottle usage. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. Very nice staff welcomed us, we stayed at a comfortable and spotless clean room with everything you need - I appreciated 2 pillows per person, kettle and tea, table and chair, space around the sink in the bathroom. Small details but made the whole stay comfortable.

Loud mosque early in the morning, but that’s probably everywhere in Lombok

The fact that we sat down to order dinner and asked for a Bintang only to learn they don't serve alcohol like their main hotel which was disappointing.

Loved that the room was so quite and clean also having a kettle & teabags and good air-conditioning. Breakfast was fabulous & Cappuccinos are excellent 👌

There were no fridges in some rooms or milk for cuppas and I couldn't get any milk brought up from the downstairs Cafe so grabbed some from the mini mart across the road.

Good budget chain Hotel. WiFi was the best I've found in Indonesia so far. Strong and reliable, even inside the room. Bed comfortable. Aircon good. Clean room. Water dispensers in the hallways so you can fill your water bottles. Kettle in room. Good powerful shower. Good soundproofing. Well located for the immigration office and there are 2 supermarkets opposite. Food in restaurant good and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. No view from window, but I wasn't fussed by this. It wasn't the reason I stayed here.
