Great location, close to shops and the Epicentrum Mall. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, even tho it’s close to the biggest mosque in Lombok, you can barely hear any outside noise. The staff was prime too. They doubled checked the room before we left to ensure we didn’t forget anything and were very helpful when needed. Would definitely come back’

Super clean and comfortable room. Staff went above and beyond accommodating our needs and were extremely nice and helpful while doing so. We appreciated the availability of free water dispensers, which provide fresh, cold water and help reduce plastic bottle usage. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. Very nice staff welcomed us, we stayed at a comfortable and spotless clean room with everything you need - I appreciated 2 pillows per person, kettle and tea, table and chair, space around the sink in the bathroom. Small details but made the whole stay comfortable.

Great little hotel sister hotel to Aston very we'll located and modern.

The fact that we sat down to order dinner and asked for a Bintang only to learn they don't serve alcohol like their main hotel which was disappointing.

Loved that the room was so quite and clean also having a kettle & teabags and good air-conditioning. Breakfast was fabulous & Cappuccinos are excellent 👌

There were no fridges in some rooms or milk for cuppas and I couldn't get any milk brought up from the downstairs Cafe so grabbed some from the mini mart across the road.

Good budget chain Hotel. WiFi was the best I've found in Indonesia so far. Strong and reliable, even inside the room. Bed comfortable. Aircon good. Clean room. Water dispensers in the hallways so you can fill your water bottles. Kettle in room. Good powerful shower. Good soundproofing. Well located for the immigration office and there are 2 supermarkets opposite. Food in restaurant good and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. No view from window, but I wasn't fussed by this. It wasn't the reason I stayed here.

Only issue that i had was VPN connection over wifi that i needed for work. But apart from that nothing to complain

- Room : Very comfortable bed, AC, fridge, TV with several movie channels - Professional and friendly staff (especially the lady working morning & afternoon shifts at the reception) - Location : quiet area, some convenient stores & cafés around - Good value for the price

- Breakfast : not many choices, pastries were hard as rocks - Music too loud in the hallway (5th floor)

This is a really good hotel all the way - I had the best shower for a long time! Excellent breakfast, staff friendly and very professional. Recommend the place.

The hotel is next to a big mosque that sends amplified prayers out - the first one around 4.30 in the morning. So it was not quiet. Remember to ask for the quiet side of the hotel if you do not want to listen to the prayers.
