We stayed here after we had to go to the hospital in Mataram after a diving incident at Gili T. The breakfast is and the rooms are comfy. Very friendly staff and good price / quality.

We stayed for two nights, and hoped to relax a day at the pool. The pool area isn’t that relaxing. There is loud music playing and a lot of noises from the City. However, this is expected since you’re in the Middle of the City. It is something to consider if you’re looking to relax.

The hotel / room itself is fantastic. We were looking for a clean and comfortable stay after a few rough nights and this definitely met the mark. Great views of the city from our window - we counted 30+ mosques! There is an underground parking facility which was useful, free to use, and secure. And the location is walking distance to a wonderful pizza place that we loved. I think it’s a great choice for a stay in Mataram :)

While the hotel was great, the restaurant and spa experiences were had were a little disappointing. The restaurant has only one vegetarian option and it was not enjoyable, and the spa experience felt very unprofessional compared to other places we have gone. Depending on what you’re hoping for in this stay, this may affect your decision to stay here.

Fairly new Hotel. Great value. Everything works. Huge choice for breakfast. The top floor pool has a great mountain view. Beautifully designed. Room is spacious, simple, clean and work. Love the sliding bathroom door.

Shower cubicle opening is too large, thus water splash to the bathroom. A small addition of frameless glass to reduce the opening will improve this.

This felt like a spot of luxury for us and I’m so glad we stayed here. Everything was great and the staff very professional. Excellent value - the breakfast is an incredible array of choices! And the roof top pool was epic. The views over the city and of the nearby Islamic Centre were impressive, and a great spot to be immersed in city life.

A few more vegetarian meal options would be great :)

Spa was not as clean as it should have been. Cushions with no cases for pillows. Need proper massage table for comfort but not sure if it’s part of hotel operations

Everything was wonderful. Very kind service. The personel always smiling and very helpful. The food was delicious and breakfast has various choices - western and Indonesian. I was surprised with an cake brought by probably Hotel Manager. I really enjoyed my stay <3

Bed was comfortable, location was close to Siloam Hospital and Epicentrum Mall. The rooftop pool is the hotel's best feature, and faces toward beautiful sunsets in the evening. It is modern with little wear and tear which is refreshing.

Unfortunately we had requested early check in but this wasn't available. Breakfast buffet has so many deserts and sweets it is very strange. Apart from local food there was only beans, toast, potatoes and omelets as savory options. Still very delicious however.

I like everything about this hotel. The room, location, view from the room also the pool was amazing!!! Breakfast was good also a great hospitality from all staff, they're so helpfull because I got many problems before I went to lombok and during I stayed at lombok. Thanks prime park, I would recomend this hotel to my friends and I will be back very soon

luxury after ruffing it. we had a room with a fabulous view of the mosque. The buffet breakfast was amazing with a fantastic assortment of Indonesia and western food. the bed and pillows were great . fabulous staff , nice new building.

The check in was a little slow . the pool was locked from 8pm till 7 am but when we went up to see the sunset it was locked at 7.30 pm so that was disappointing. The music was a little loud at the pool .. but we called reception and they did turn it off for us so we could hear the mosque’s prayer.

The staff are amazing and very kind, clean rooms, comfy beds, and an amazing breakfast!

Laundry was a little expensive, otherwise everything else was great!
