The whole resort was like staying in paradise. It is a perfect bubble that has everything you need. You don't have to leave the place at all. The room is spacious, the bed is huge and comfortable, the service is extraordinary, the personnel are highly professional and kind, and the food is delicious. The pool and surrounding area is marvelous. All compliments to this beautiful place and its diligent staff.

Super nice stay with great atmosphere and lovely pools. Very welcoming stuff: got a welcome drink and cold refreshing towels upon check-in. They are very helpful with whatever question you have. Got an extremly big help with my car rental even. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

Bale solah was such a beautiful place to stay The room and bed was very comfortable The staff are so lovely and attentive The food at every meal was such good quality and very reasonably priced The fitness room is small but has enough space and a few bits of equipment to get a workout in The pool and loungers are lovely Although you are a little out the way, there is a free shuttle down and back to Senggigi which made it great Smart tv in the room Good AC Although close to a mosque you don't hear it at night

We were here in off season so Senggigi itself was a bit dead - but this is not the fault of the hotel The fitness room could have a few more dumbells There were a few random power cuts throughout the day time. (they are extending so not sure if this was due to work going on at the time - you don't hear any noise from builders though)

Beautifully designed property, rooms and pool. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They offer a free shuttle to their beach club at senggigi beach, a great place to hang out! The breakfast was by far the best we had during 4 weeks in Indonesia:)

The location is outstanding! You are in the city but in a quiet area facing the rice fields. Staff makes you feel home and they are really attentive and with good manners. They offer tours with a great driver so you really don’t need to think about anything except to relax. The rooms facing the swimming pool are the best ones. Breakfast and food exceptional!!

Everything was amazing. Possibly tours are a bit pricey and I tried several times to get a massage without succeeding. Although, the driver was really nice and helpful offering me the option to reach closer facilities if wished.

Outstanding place to enjoy beautiful Lombok! Me and my family (two kids, 10 & 13, plus husband) liked everything about this place. Stunning house, nicely decorated, the suite next to the pool was amazing (thanks again for the upgrade!) Appreciated the little details like the exquisite Body Lotion (eco friendly dispenser), towels with fragrance as much as the extremely comfortable bed. We enjoyed the marvellous pool with a view as if it was our private pool… Yes, you can hear the motorcycles, but this is life in South East Asia. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. We learned, that the owners are providing English lessons for them which is wonderful. Great delicious breakfast, we tried every variety. And then it comes with Café Latte or Iced Café Latte! We also spent a very nice last evening with Sandra and Wim who shared some of their experiences starting a Hotel Business in Indonesia: Thank you for the interesting insights and your good company!

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Clean, comfortable, and great pools. The staff are amazing and wanted to make sure everything was excellent. You must stay here. After 3 weeks travelling Bali and Lombok the food served here is the highest quality and the very best service. They have a fantastic beach club and we shuttle you both ways for free and close buy is their steak restaurant.We strongly recommend stay here for a great comfortable experience. Thank you everyone for the best time.

Some rooms may experience some scooter traffic noise but not enough to disturb your sleep. Other rooms are available towards the rear of the property.

This place is very quiet and calm. If you want to relax and enjoy the sun and swimming pool it's a perfect place for that. The staff is really nice and the food is excellent. They also have laundry and scooter rental service.

I was disturb many times per day to ask me if I wanted a drink or to eat dinner or my order for breakfast. I would prefer to ask myself if I want some food or if I have a question.

This hotel has the friendliest and most gracious staff I have ever encountered. From the welcome drink to the express laundry service, everything was extremely good. The entire complex and pools are very clean and inviting. The view of the mountains is fantastic. My visit ended with a super delicious Indonesian breakfast. If you have more time, you should probably take the cooking course.

Only the loud street to the front was a little annoying.

A canopy would be useful for the restaurant as it got uncomfortable when the sun started shining directly on us when having lunch. The garden view room gets very bright at 5am, it might be worth considering curtains rather than blinds?
