The environment at the Pointe Villas felt new, stylish, peaceful and so relaxing despite being a 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Gili Trawangan 😎

Pointe villas was extremely clean and the staff were so happy and attentive. No request was too great. The prices of food and drink at the villas were the same as most places within Gili and their Bintang beer was actually cheaper than the supermarket. There was an excellent menu choice at breakfast which was delicious and we actually ate twice at the beach buffet as the food was as good, if not better than any of the other places we ate during our 13 night stay on this one of a kind island .

Amazing. We booked Ponte Villas for 3 nights. You get there by walking by a wooden pier. The villas are placed in two groups with a large pool in the middle of each. The area was completely clean and tidy, like our rooms. The rooms are beautifully designed, like the whole hotel. It was by far the best one we had in southeast Asia. Friendly staff and they have a lot of bikes to use.

As a German it's hard to not complain but I don't find anything really worth to complain about. The only two minor things I could mention are the brakes of the bikes which could use some tightening or replacing. The second minor thing was the portion size of the breakfast (Müsli) which was a bit small but still okay. One suggestion: Some Mocktails on the menu would be great as not everyone drinks Alkohol :)

Very nice villas-bungallos complex with own access to very ok to dip in sandy/corally beach with loungers and hotel own bar where you can order drinks and food on the hotel room bill. Hotel is located 3minutes walk from the beach by a nice boardwalk with lights at night - all safe and good. We stayed and a very nicely designed room - in think it was honeymoon bungalow. Breakfast was simple ala carta menu, but for sure sufficient and ok. It's 5-10min walk to main harbour area where most of shops are, however there is lots available already at the hotel area, so location wise fully recomond. Staff was very attentive and welcoming, although some might need to take a rest and recharge their kindness. It's not the cheapest place though, but it very well made the grade and gave us all we need to enjoy Gilies. And big plus is that everything felt quite new and neat - pictures are quite accurate. I would come back and recomend this place to a friend.

Gili T is quite a party island. Ponte Vila though is very calm right at the border of the main area in Gili T with all the restaurants & bars. So we could stay quiet in the hotel but had fast and I’m easy access to nightlife. Ponte Vila Service was extraordinary (“Antonio” was always a big help). I would definitely come back and definitely recommend to friends and family who choose to stay in Gili T. There where almost only couples during the period that we stayed there. Rooms were spacious, clean & and full of small thoughtful details. And the private free beach area was quite nice. Good quality was really good.

Menu during breakfast & dinner was a bit small but as said above always with good taste. Only thing I didn’t like was the access to the hotel: you have to pass next to construction area cause Ponte Vila is in second row - sometimes workers there whistle after the girls … destroys a bit the first impression. But you get used to it and it’s still with choosing that hotel.

Villa was beautiful and perfect location if you want to be away from all the party life 10 minutes up the road. The food at the hotel was also very nice on the beach front. You can rent bikes from the hotel too for a very good price and the rooms were cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend.

Not sure if this will be the case for everyone but I have sensitive skin and the pool had lots of chlorine in so it felt like my skin was burning, however my girlfriend went in the pool and she was fine. The bathroom is outside which was nice, however be careful not to keep the door open as we let a lot of bugs in, probably our own fault. The bathroom can be quite uncomfortable on a night as it gets very hot so brushing teeth before bed can feel like a workout! Other than that the hotel was perfect and couldn’t recommend enough!

Absolutely blown away by this amazing place. The location was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and the beach bar/restaurant were fantastic and the breakfast was great. The staff were the best we have ever had the pleasure of being looked after by. It was a little more expensive than what we have paid before in Indonesia but more than worth it. Highly recommend. Can't wait to come back and bring the relatives from the UK.

The bean bags on the terrace were a bit small and not so comfortable but that's clutching at straws for something to say that we didn't like!

We travelled in a group of 4 families in December and January 24-25 staying at Ponte Villas in Gilli T for New Year’s Eve. We had a blast.

Ponte Villas was clean and new. It was close to all the action for our 17 and 18 year olds but far enough away to feel secluded and quiet. The pool area was magnificent and the beds and pillows comfortable. I couldn’t fault this little resort. Breakfast was delicious and the little restaurant was also good for lunch and dinner at the beach was also a great option. The staff including Rolly, Maroon, Gede, Butra and Wa Wan were all very kind and generous. The entire group had a great time together here. Gilli T and Ponte Villas was the most memorable part of our trip to Bali, Lembongan and Indonesia this time.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and accommodating helping us with transfers to Lombok. Bed very comfortable. Clean and nice pool. Staff always cleaning and looking after the property. Beach had coral but this was awesome to see little fishes. Very quiet location. Even with construction nearby, we couldn’t hear any noise from our room. Highly recommend.

Water from tap and shower sometimes orange colour but turned clear after a few seconds. Room size slightly on the smaller size but not too much of an issue. Sometimes all sunbeds by the pool are taken up by guests as limited seating but can go to the beach.

Everything about Ponte Villas was perfect, we were warmly greeted on arrival and that welcome extended throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - well above the average we experienced on our Indonesian trip. We like the location, an easy walk to lively bars and restaurants but a tranquil oasis to return to. It was wonderful having the pool right outside your room and yet also privacy from others. Highly recommend.

Perhaps a little more storage space, ie drawers, more hanging, however this didn't really bother us as we were only there for 2 nights and happy to live pretty much out of our suitcases.

The comments below are compared to a similar hotel we stayed in Bali same 4 star and even a little cheaper. - the breakfast needs to be improved since it is like on an Ibis budget and not for a 4 star hotel; additional to this also there shall be an espresso machine since the only coffee they have is the instant one - internet was not working , we were lucky we had a data sim card and use that but again for a 4 star hotel this shall be fixed - a lot of mosquitos in the room, not sure how because we were carefull with the doors opening ; maybe a mosquito device in each room would help - there were just 2 bottles of water for washing the teeth but they were not enough ( in the other hotel we stayed there were 2 per person )
