Hotel is amazing in amazing location and located infront of the beach, helpful stuff and good breakfast served.

First We booked one of the huts it was super old, rusty and smelly then we moved to another hut which was super tight and rusty and full of leprosy I eve found it in my drink then we were moved to one amazing room with spacious shower and clean. This room was renovated and amazing.

Good location. In the side of the island with lots of seafood on the menus. Great facilities, clean, great staff.

We had a smell in the room. Had to stay one night with it but they moved us as soon as the could.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vila Ombak, and loved our room- especially the outdoor bathroom! The breakfast had lots of variety, cocktails were good, easy to hire scooter and local to the main strip for restaurants and bars. The only thing I would recommend for improvement would be colder AC during the day , as it wasn’t cold enough for me - mainly due to the hot weather outside which is out of their control, however maybe a fan to help push the air around the room would be great. At night the AC is great! I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to be local to the main attractions however not fully involved

The location of the property is perfect - just far enough away from the bars but easy walk to everything. Pool is amazing - and attentive and great staff in the restaurant and pool area. Room was a great size and bed super comfortable .

On arrival found that air conditioner was not working . Sent maintenance person who checked the remote and left saying he will be back and didn’t arrive back for two days . I went to reception to follow up after waiting in the room for an hour , only to be told that I do not understand Gili humidity and there was nothing wrong with the air conditioner. Asked to move rooms was told none available and if I wanted to move the following day then I would be charged additional rates . I found another staff member who at least gave us a fan for the room. Two days later another man came to look at the air conditioner and confirmed that it was not working and due to the heavy rains our roof leaked terribly whilst he was there - so they arranged another room for us .

We had a fantastic stay at Ombak Hotel! The location is excellent — close enough to the harbour (just a 10-minute walk) and shops, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Rully, who truly made our stay perfect by offering us a reasonably priced upgrade to the Deluxe Family Bungalow. The facilities are top-notch: the pool is great, breakfast was always delicious with great variety, and the beach service and happy hour drinks added to the overall experience. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gili T!

The pool closes at 7pm, would be great to have it open till late.

The hotel is good located not far from the harbour. In front of the resort there’s a private beach to relax and there are 2 swimming pools inside the resort. The rooms are big and well-equipped and the resort very big, with green spaces and relax areas. Turtle point is about 20 minutes on foot and sunset point is more or less the same. Breakfast is buffet.

It is the typical big resort that provides you a comfortable stay but the experience is not top notch. For example the beach in front of the resort is not the nicest and at breakfast you can eat a lot but the quality is not outstanding. Good choice for families

This place is great - close enough to the party scene but far enough not to hear it when you want to sleep. Lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, bars within walking distance. Two large pool areas (with great music and vibes) plus private beach area across the road that you can see from the pool, with ample sun loungers to go round. Didn't make use of them but they had all kinds of water aids including canoes on offer. They also had onsite massage/spa, tour office, medical centre and more - fully equipped for everything you may need. The grounds are really well kept, 'de-mosquitoed' daily and you feel very safe with the number of 24/7 staff on hand. I was unwell when I arrived and had to order room service for breakfast - the guy on the phone was super concerned about my health and even remembered I was unwell when I eventually emerged for the buffet breakfast days later. Very thoughtful and genuinely nice staff. My telephone wasn't working when I arrived and within 2 hours of messaging them about it, an an engineer was round to fix it. If the room service visit was inconvenient, they would always come back at the agreed time. The rooms are HUGE and beautiful. I stayed in the Superior Lumbung Terrace which was cheaper than the crappy hotel room I had a few doors down before. Was on the 2nd floor (first floor up) built in an authentic style with pitched, tiled roof and some sort of reed on the inside. Felt like being in a cabin! (It creeks as the heat/AC does its thing - it's not bugs!) Aside from the occasional ant looking for crumbs (which you can't avoid out here) there were no gnarly encounters - the place was super clean. The room had an empty mini bar, TV (although no channels), desk area and lots of room. Bed was SO comfy The bathroom was just as big and had loads of vanity space as well as a good shower that worked well.

The buffet, by their own admission in their room service folder, is "simple". It didn't set my world on fire with just 'coffee pot' coffee but they had all the basics like fruit, eggs, mini pancakes, pastries etc... Cappuccinos are extra. Not a criticism: Gili T is a predominantly muslim island and i went during Ramadan - I'm used to the beautiful sounds of the Adaan (call to prayer from mosques) so it didn't bother me and it wasn't even loud. But this is just a heads up in case you think it'll drive you crazy (although you should know there are mosques every where so you can't really avoid it)

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Villa Ombak and the entire team for their warm welcome and kindness upon my arrival. The hotel is simply stunning, a charming setting that made my stay truly unforgettable. The breakfast was a real delight, carefully prepared, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my stay. I especially appreciated the convenience of renting bikes directly at the hotel and amazing and practical option for exploring the island at my own pace. Additionally, having a clinic with a doctor available is a great asset, a beautiful private beach. In short, an exceptional stay in every way. Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience!

Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants and bars. Staff were excellent and super helpful.

Some of the rooms and amenities are starting to look a little old but the hotel is renovating. Everything was cleaned thoroughly and the housekeeping standard was good.

Exceptional stay. Two beautiful swimming pools with comfortable deck chairs. Great location at the end of the strip which is quieter yet close enough to be central. Staff are incredibly friendly. Restaurant is comfortable and food is decent. Room is large and comfortable, bathroom is large. Also they do a decent Bloody Mary!

Local breakfast l was good but European breakfast selection could be a little better. Rooms were comfy but felt a bit old. However these are minor points.
