Warm and friendly service. Excellent location. Boat from lombok drops you off right in front of the resort. Beautiful swimming beach right in front of resort.

We loved the privacy of the villa. The staff were very happy and willing to help. The location was amazing, close to everything but very quiet. Best night sleep. Excellent food at the restaurant. Beach front location.

The only negative was the bikes were not in a good condition when we got them however they were put right when we pointed out the problems. The staff were not always attentive when we required drinks on the beach and we had to move to get their attention, I know this sounds lazy but when you are paying for one of the highest priced accommodation on the island you expect excellent service.

The villa is huge and beautiful. Comfy and spacious enough for the 9 of us. The open concept of the villa meant that some pests will also try to join you for the stay, but the staff have gadgets and solutions to help keep them at bay. The staff made the absolute difference. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The cleaning staff walked into town to buy floats for my kids as the 1.6-1.8m pool was too deep for them. Manager Aziz took care of our daily requests and needs well. The food from Kokomo restaurant was delicious and since there was no grabfood, we didn't bother to get food from elsewhere. Staff kindly arranged for transfer to our next hotel. We managed to get a late check out so that we could catch the high tide. This meant that the speed boat could pick us up right at the beach in front of the villa. This saved us the cost and hassle of booking 4 horse carriages to lug us and our luggages down to the harbour which was actually just a 15min walk away but seemingly impossible to do if you have kids, the elderly and luggages to tow along.

The beautiful beach was littered with coral bits that made it painful to walk on barefoot. Advisable to bring along and wear wet shoes so that you can enjoy your walk/swim there. My boy and me grazed the soles of our foot during a swim so do watch out for the corals. The villa bathrooms did not have a bidet or tap outlet near the toilet bowls. Staff kindly gave us a pail and scoop so that we could get our bums cleaned well after a poop. Didnt really like taking the horse carriage as I was concerned abt the well-being of the horses there. Should opt to walk or ride the bicycles instead.

Very nice villa with delicious, rich breakfasts and very friendly staff. The pool was nice and clean. The area is close to all the restaurants, shops and entertainment. Big, comfortable beds in bedrooms and cosy area in the living room.

There was a massive spider in the kitchen but thankfully the staff took care of it. Both the kitchen and bathrooms would benefit from more amenities (like more cups, there were only 4 total in the villa for 4 people).

We loved our stay at KoKoMo Resort. The villa was absolutely beautiful and they care about details - from providing mosquito repellent to a yoga mat. The villas are very private and very enjoyable with their pools. Location is great as it is by the beach in a quieter area yet close to the fun areas. The staff were all great, professional and super friendly. The restaurant had amazing breakfast and great food options. We will definitely come back.

This is my third visit and I always find the management team super friendly and helpful always putting their guests first. Even transfers were amazing. Kokomo is situated at the quieter end with beautiful view of beach. Snorkelling first thing is amazing just outside hotel. Saw beautiful Corals and turtles. Bike hire was easy too

This is the REAL DEAL. If you are looking for That Truly Divine Luxury Island Villa Experince with simply it ALL., this is it. You are here. I came back, I'm coming back again (to be worked out at a later date). All the resort team are a dream. Everyone makes every moment special. The resort dream team are all personable and warm, looking to help make each moment count, from smiles from the team on arrival to waves goodbye and more smiles when leaving. Memomable monents everywhere as is the thoughtfulness and the details of the villa and resort. I arrived a bit early and the team said they had upgraded me as a return guest to the from one bedroom villa with pool a to two bedroom villa with pool. So that day, I went to heaven. The gorgeous pool was huge, the flowers growing across the walls on the side of the villas walls. Looking onto to the pool is the bedroom with 3 lines of delicate flowers, works of art on the bed, on the white sheets and soft pillows. Best sleep ever and apparently I did not snore, win-win for everyone. So comfy. Fan, Air con, marble shower. Big open living area, comfy couch, huge TV. Super Private, Super Quiet, which was lovely. Beach out front with dedicated sun loungers and umbrellas with tables on the beach a and table service, and the beach the blue water, the white sand, the bathtub warm water, the gorgeous everywhere you look. Take me back. The coffee, the food, the people, the room, the lighting of the mosquito colis at night inside a clay pot shaped like a turtle, the laneway of plants. Comfy loungers, soft towels, happy times. Perfect locaion. Get a bike, go right, sundet beaches, go left restaurants, turtles in the beach, LOTS OF TURTLES, at the beach, just with a snorkel and mask and fins. This is it. You have travelled all that way, all that distance, make it special, you deserve it, your only regret is having to leave. They even make that special too.

I didnt like leaving,I seriosuly considered that if I won the lottery, would I live here? Maybe. The rental bikes maybe could do with a little loving :) They were magical and very safe, we discovered half way across the isalnd that my partners back brakes were slightly too tight and he had been pedalling hard all the time. Meanwhile I am gliding along. A quick bike change solved all when we got back on track. Maybe a little oil for the poor guys too :) Nothing to dislike

Beautiful property, just on the outskirts of the main busy strip. We loved coming back to our quiet sanctuary after a long day out snorkelling

More sun shade required at breakfast, we loved having breakfast in the beach every morning, but would be great if they had more shade umbrellas, the sun can be very hot!

The resort’s location near beachfront walk and beach is great! They had a small and very nice area in the beach that is just reserved for the guests. Resort villas are very clean and spacious. AC worked well and it was nice and cool to sleep. Staff is amazing and very friendly, they helped us to organize also trips.
