Location was great, short walk from the ferry harbour, and although not far from the bars it was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, fruit very fresh. The staff were very helpful and put a desk into our room so that he could work. The pool was wonderful, and secluded from the main drag, with a few lounges to relax on and a good temperature.

We did book in advance, but when we got there, we realised if we booked just before or on arrival it would have cost us half the price for the January period. They provided towels but NO face towels or hand towels, and the soaps in the bathroom were confusing 1 of them had soap on a label, an the other one was blue with NO label, so not sure what that was for.? We were surprised the lead in room did not have a fridge, which is rare in Asia but at least the deluxe room did have a fridge which we feel is essential however this room did not have a full length mirror and the light in the bathroom was quite dim for doing makeup.

The property is very well located, near the port, where you get ferry. I took a private boat from Lombok and it dropped me outside the hotel. The staff is very friendly and nice to talk to.

I faced issues with air conditioning. It wasn’t working properly. They tried to repair it for about 2 to 3 hours late night (but failed) and then transferred me to another room. I checked out next morning and the hotel staff kindly offered me free local transport (horse cart).

Very convenient location close to the port, setting was relaxing, everything was high quality and beautifully laid out, pool area was chilled, rooms are great, lovely hot shower, communal seating area overlooking street was fantastic with breathtaking ocean view, brekky was delish, handy little shop next door, on a street with loads of great entertainment plus food and drink - one of the best places we've ever stayed in!! Will visit again asap...

Prices are a little high and had to pay for extra bed, but that won't put me off staying again - I guess you get what you pay for...

The staff is soooo friendly and always smiling; when you stay at a place for longer than 5 days you want what you experience at Natya Hotel; the staff makes you feel so welcome and they are so helpful, they become family for that time, you WANT to tell them about your day, as Gili T is rather the fun filled day and night kind a place ! The Restaurant associated with the hotel - Naty's - is a awesome place to start your day with an amazing sunrise, coffee and value for money breakfast ! The Hotel is perfectly located, close to the harbour, swim beach and the party spots - yet, when you are in your room you do not know about the BUSY Gili T night life outside. This place made my trip so special ! Special shout out to some of the staff I got to deal with; Ivan, Amanda and Raka :) Such a great place!!

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shop,restaurant transport, and the tourist sites. We also met a couple on the island and recommended this which thet booked too. We would definitely stay there again. My welcome drink was lovely so I have added it to my photos

Breakfast was a bit of a let down could have more of a choice

The location is great and easy to access from the port. The staff and manager were nice and helpful in assistance. They have an service of rent bike and motorcycle (electric) which is great experience for all of us to travel within the island.

The menu on the restaurant could be improved. The varieties of dessert and local food can be more provide to the customer. The facilities are a bit difficult to be found but its would be great if the entrance to the hotel are more clear. The WIFI instruction might be seems difficult for the old.

Very good location right on the main strip but not noisy so you will still be able get a good night sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room was clean, nice and spacious aswell.

Only downside which is why I can’t give this hotel 10 stars is that the wifi was extremely poor, I had to use my data for majority of my stay.

The location is the best, 5 minutes walk from the port and also about 10min walk to sunset point. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful since the check in, making efforts to keep you comfortable and trying their best to make things easier. Dina was receptionist when we arrived and she was very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The price is chep than what you receive.

Breakfast is not included when I book in. I havent checked it before booking and only realise it is not included when i check in. There is no fridge, would be really great if they keep the fridge for the cool water especially.

- location couldn’t be more amazing. Beachfront and very near the harbour and restaurant’s yet very quiet and peaceful. - clean and good value - the staff! The front desk girls were so friendly and always helping us and the manager, Juni, was so amazing. I had a VISA drama and needed to get to the immigration office and he helped me organise the entire thing and had a friend meet me there to guide me. He was so amazing couldn’t thank him enough!

The hotel is in a good location, about 10 minutes away from the port. It has its own restaurant on the coast, where breakfast is served every morning, and in the evening excellent food from its own grill (lobster, fish, ..) It also has a pool, but unfortunately it is inside, so there is no direct view of the sea - otherwise, don't panic, because you don't go that far to swim in the pool anyway.
