Great place with probably the best location on the island. Only steps away from everything you need for your holidays. Very good breakfast included with your booking and it goes from early in the morning all the way until 3:00 pm… what??? The stuff is always friendly and helpful. They have no problem with checking you in 2 or 3 hours before checking times if the rooms are ready. Highly recommended and for what you get, believe it, you can’t beat their price. Thanks to the manager Karla always trying to help & to make changes if u need to. I’ve been here a few times and always talked to her about anything I needed and everything was solved without any inconvenience.

We had a room next to the swim up pool which was cool. Location to everything was unbelievable, only took us about a 3 min walk getting off the boat to our hotel. The hotel is right next to a lot of the lively bars so you never have far to walk back at night. Breakfast was really good, they serve fluffy American style pancakes which were delicious. Staff were really friendly and helpful in booking us onto our snorkeling trip. They gave us a free 60min massage due to the noise on a Monday night at Jungle bar which was nice of them. The massage itself was brilliant and very relaxing.

The pool and sunbeds around it isn't really something that guests seem to want to use ever. Seems to be used more for scuba diving lessons which might explain why it never gets used. They do however have reserved beds by the beach outside the front of the hotel for guests, although only about 6 or 7. The hotel is next to a club called Jungle bar which can be really loud until 3am in the morning. However, we didn't really have any trouble sleeping and our room was pretty much directly opposite the bar. They supply you with ear plugs in your room, but we managed to fall straight to sleep ok still.

Great location. Walk straight from boat to accommodation. Great dive centre - service was great- English speaking. Staff and food were very good. There is noise at night from street music, so if you would prefer a earlier sleep stay on the quiet side of the island. Didn't worry us too much. We dined in house one night- Indian flare- really tasty. Breakfast is hearty. Coffee is good. Loved it! Scooter hire right out the front. Shops & restaurant's all the way around. Great snorkelling at turtle point. We were lucky enough to see 3 🐢 Diving very professional. Thanks Pesona we had a great time!

Great location on the Gili T main strip. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. We have been staying here for many years! We love staying here Clean, comfortable poolside room with everything you need! Delicious restaurant food good cocktails, and a great atmosphere. With the amazing in-house Azure Spa, too. Great location near shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, and the pier from the ferry is about a 5 minute walk. Staff super friendly, great pool in the back, great spa, cute cats all around, very good breakfast, restaurant and bar in front was good too.

You can’t swim in front of the property because of the coral so you have to walk down the street. The pool in the front was for scuba diving lessons so you couldn’t really use it, but that was fine because the pool in the back was awesome and they even had floats and would bring drinks to you at that pool or meals from the restaurant. There is a bar next door that kept my friend up all night from the music. They did warn us when we checked in about the noise and offered us a free massage each which was nice. Gili T is a small island with lots of partying so that might be the same for all hotels I’m not quite sure.

I recently stayed at Pesona Beach Resort & Spa in Gili Trawangan, and I must say, it’s an absolute gem! The location is perfect—right in the heart of all the action, in the middle of the vibrant nightlife, and close to the beach. While my room didn't offer an ocean view, the resort's proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy the stunning seascape just steps away. The staff truly made my stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like part of their family. The reception team is simply amazing! They were always so helpful, smiling, and spreading good vibes every single day. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it really made my experience special. My room was comfortable, with daily cleaning. I loved returning to my cozy space after a day of exploring or enjoying the vibrant nightlife. The attention to detail and care for guests' comfort is truly commendable. If you’re looking for a place that combines a perfect location, in the middle of Gili T’s nightlife, wonderful staff, and comfortable accommodations, look no further than Pesona Beach Resort & Spa. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Gili Trawangan!

Persona – it’s all in the name, with a truly people-centric experience from start to finish. We had an absolutely amazing time, thanks to the stellar staff and delicious food. My travel buddy is vegan and had essentially survived on a diet of fries and bruschetta throughout the trip. So, we were delighted to find a number of tasty and interesting veggie/vegan options on the menu. We also had a great time scouting out the local resort cats and trying to match their whiskers to the pictures (watch out for Ralph — he’s a little grumpy in the morning). Check-in was seamless, with an online/advance option available. As a result, we were able to access our room within moments of reaching the front desk. The online check-in also included activity options — we chose a snorkelling trip, which the hotel arranged at a very reasonable price. We visited key snorkelling spots and made stops at Gili Meno and Gili Air. This was genuinely the highlight of our entire trip, with a hilarious boat crew cracking jokes and pointing out turtles on the reef. A turtley awesome time, if you ask me! We’re sad to leave, but we’ll absolutely be back — for more of the vegan fare, Akim’s Essex accent, and to finally find Peggle, the elusive goat.

We were met with a welcoming drink, a great three bed room with nice beds and pillows. We got a complimentary massage with our stay that was amazing - one of the best massage place in Gili - so you must try. Amazing location on the main road next to the see, although a little noisy. The had a jungle party next door so loud music but they provided earplugs. You can rent bikes outside and please try out the indian place - one of the best food during our trip. Breakfast was also very good. A great value for money - would stay there again.

Noisy, but they proved earplugs and I don´t think the jungle party is every night.

Location was incredible, the perfect place to stay in Gili. We were super close to the port so it was a 3 minute walk once we got off the boat. Staff are so attentive. They recommended and organised us a snorkelling trip, all done over WhatsApp for the next day, a trip that was amazing and super affordable. The staff are brilliant and know everyone’s name, they make sure you are really looked after. I couldn’t recommend it enough. As a group of 3, our triple room was so spacious and amazing value for money! Highly recommend!

Nothing - couldn’t fault anything!

Property was in a great location along the main road. Easy access to the port, corner shops and bars and restaurants. Everything you need is to close! The members of staff were lovely and accommodation and helped us with any questions we had. We also booked our snorkelling tour with the hotel which we highly recommend we had a great time, felt well looked after, and the go pro footage was included and some excellent photos where taken.

Wasn’t an issue for us. But you can early music from the nearby bars, not overly loud but might be an issue for some
