We had THE BEST experience at CBR! What truly made it one of the best experiences through out our honeymoon in Indonesia, was the amazing crew. Especially Bayu (he is wonderful! What a sweet guy!) and the barista's Dian and Azmi. Bayu is great in English, we had wonderful conversations with him. Dian teached me how to make a pandan bolu and gifted me pandan extract he made himself so I can make pandan bolu at home. Their coffee menu is so so GOOD, Dian came up with it himself. If you like speciallity coffee, then this is the place to be. According to my husband: their black coffee also tastes good :) Food is also great! The day before check out we went exploring the environment on the scooter. We came back and found a bag, the crew gave us coffee beans and left some sweet notes. They truly made our honeymoon unforgettable. The rooms are specious, nice outdoor shower. The hotel location is not really near Senggigi, but you can rent a scooter and explore the environment. Which we highly recommend cause its stunning. I would like to say that I would not classify the hotel as 4 star hotel (when you look at European standards), but the people made it a 5+ star experience for us ❤️

The resort is immaculate and the rooms are beautiful, spacious and very well appointed. I loved the (covered) outdoor shower. All the facilities are great. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Mr Edi, Dan, Baju and the other staff went out of their way to make my 2 week stay the best it could be. And equally important, they are all extremely friendly and approachable. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of Senggigi. Cheap taxis can get you wherever you want to go.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, I was there for three weeks whilst doing volunteer teaching at the local school . A big thank you to Edy and his team for going out of their way to make me feel welcome , all the cappachino art , the best pool, the good food and of course the free Bahasa lessons to help me at the school. Loved my stay !!!

I love the resort so so much, starting from the interior, the cleanliness, the staff, and the facilities provided. I just love it. Everything were perfect, room were spacious, quite near to the beach, indomaret, accesible with grabs and at the same time i can enjoy the calm and peace. PERFECT.

Everything were perfect. But one minor feedback would be great if they have iron provided in every room instead of having to request for it. Cheers :)

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff go to good lengths to ensure that everything is in order. The pool is great, and the bungalows are a great size. The private bathroom was lovely with constant hot water (it is an outdoor bathroom, but it is covered).

Something to keep in mind is that there is not a great deal of stuff to do nearby the resort. We often found ourselves travelling out of Mataram to find things to do.

This property comprises 14 detached bungalows (all the same) - effectively a large, clean and well appointed bedroom with a good bathroom and a seating verandah over-looking the pool - with all the bungalows over-looking the pool there was little verandah privacy, however the pool (surrounded by palm trees) was fantastic - the included breakfast was okay but the room service food was poor (you can order in via grab) - if you want an easy stop-over with a good room and pool this was perfect !! and very affordable ..

the location is 'obscure' to say the least - tucked away on a back street - but grab taxis found us okay !!

Close to the city, but protected from the buzz. I liked everything about this place so kept coming back between travels to ricefields, Gili-islands and other tours with the scooter. Long, cool and very clean pool in the shade of palmtrees. The staff were very helpful and kind. I dont think I ever slept in such a high quality hut. Built with furniture-like precision.

Not anything really

Beautiful spacious and clean rooms that feel really cozy and romantic. Gorgeous swimming pool. Great atmosphere in a hidden area with beautiful morning sun on the porch of my bungalow.

Very slow service at evening dinning times. Even though there is a really nice dinning area, there was no one around most of the time to take orders or check on you if you need anything. In addition, many food items had run out.

The actual bungalow was really nice and the pool area was sound

The mosquitos will eat you alive, the area is surrounded by a lot of trash scattered about, the locals are villagers and they just dump outside. the location is terrible. The mosque is very loud and the callings are as early as 4am. Some staff didn't speak any English.

Overall the hotel are excellent and we are happy with the service and facilities

Original I plan to rate 10 points, 1 point was deduced for requesting us to pay IDR15,000 for filling Hot water to our bottle. Even if need to pay, should informed when we request.
