Rooms are good value for money and the host is very friendly.

When we arrived, we had to book an extra room as me and my partner are not married yet. They did not warn us before and so as we arrived very late, was not nice news. It indeed is written down somewhere on the booking in tiny letters at the bottom but I have been traveling for many years and this has never happened to me before. As I totally understand and respect their decision, I believe they should give a notice as soon as you book the place or write it in the description so no there will be no miscommunication. Nevertheless the host was trying to help us out and only meant the best for us.

There was no breakfast included in my stay, but there are many choices for eating near the property and the manager/his family were kind enough to help me pick up my first meal from a great warung (local cook/restaurant) on my first night at this hotel. I loved the large size of this room and the fact that housekeeping came by to help me anytime I needed after simple texting to the manager. While I stayed there was an Indonesian large sporting event happening, so I was lucky enough to meet a few of the athletes from different islands around Indonesia that stayed at this location during my stay. That was a lucky and unexpected treat for me!!

The bathroom is tight but functional. Shower pressure is good, although I learned after I booked that the upstairs does not have hot water (this is where I was) - I also understand that the downstairs rooms do have hot water, but I just had very efficient showers!!

It is a family business and Ahmad went out of his way to make it a wonderful stay for us. He greeted us when we arrived and helped us arrange transportation the next day. He can book tours and ferry tickets for you, I would recommend using him instead of the tourist websites. The room was clean and we had everything we needed, like towels, soap, toilet paper and even a bottle of water! He helped us get transportation to the ferry port and even had the driver stop by a breakfast spot he recommended so we could grab some take away, which was very nice of him. We forgot a Mac charger in the room, and Ahmad even drove all the way to the Bangsal Port to give it to us in time - this shows how they go all the way for their guests! They also had some cute newborn kittens which I love!

We honestly loved everything. Only could be that the wifi jumped in and out some times.

The warm welcoming of the owner always ready to help or to give ideas. The presence of red kittens paying around. One day only, bakery items to be bought came One day, some bakery items came in the courtyard and were offered for buy. It was excellent. Pity it was only one time. The surroundings, visited in taxi, were beautiful. We had the opportunity to visit some islands.

A little far away for any place about food. The sea was closed but not nice beach like a parking for boats, and dirty,

Since the first moment after arriving you can feel, that the owner and staff really care, that the guests have a nice stay. Rooms are spotless clean (and no mold, which is not easy to find in Indonesia), with a nice balkony, confortable beds amd extra fluffy towels. There is a nice terrasse on the 3rd floor, where you can in shade enjoy the view of the mountains. We ate our breakfast there, after a morning swim in the sea and stopping on the way to buy fresh fruits from the locals (both being a short walking distance). The owner and staff very kindly provide a lot of usefull tips for day trips in the surroundings.

We enjoyed every minut and just felt sorry to book just our last night before taking the ferry back to Bali. If we have the opportunity, we'll be back.

The room was spacious, very comfortable bed. It had a nice balcony, and was clean. It is located close to the beach and also there is a gym nearby. Ahmad is really helpful and welcoming, always available for information about Lombok and surroundings

I didn't know that there wasn't hot water in the shower. It wasn't a problem because it was quite hot luckily. Everything else was great

Very nice cool and clean room, great shower and bed - as advertised no surprises. Great value. Very welcoming host, happy to chat and tell you about the local ways of life. It's a little bit secluded, to extend your reach the host has good quality well maintained scooters for hire at a fair price.

A nice place in peaceful area. Very friendly and helpful owner. The roof top has a nice area to sit and eat breakfast, there are plates and cutlery available. Location is in local area, so it's quiet and not overcrowded by tourists.

Location is clean and well maintained. My room was big, bright, with air-con, both cold and hot shower available. Daily I got 2 bottles of water. Location was great. A 5-10 minutes walk to the beach to see the sunrise. You have there local restaurants with balinese food, opportunity to ride horses with a sunset view. Ahmad, the owner, was so kind and explained all there is to see locally and made me feel more like a family member than as a guest. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
