Generally the hotel and facilities were good although some details had a DIY feel about it. All staff are totally obliging and committed to helping guests in any way they can. There are many stairs from the street level to the lobby level and staff become porters in an instant with luggage on their backs running up or down those stairs making the arrival or departure easy. The location is very close to the boat harbor and in the center of Gili T buzz. Yet sleeping is never interrupted by any noise.

Ants in the rooms. Multiple light switches with no labels as to what light each switch is for. Some plumbing issues interfering with water outlets.

This hotel was nice to stay at, it had more modern rooms thank most of the hotels we stayed during our staycation in Bali, stylish design and the modern bathroom, which usually is the biggest issue, that bathrooms are negleckted, but in this case I was very happy. What surprised me the room looked much better than the premises of the hotel. Don´t get me wrong, the premises were nice, just the pictures on booking seemed to be taken from couple of years ago, although the rooms were quite well kept.

It was not big of an issue, but the pictures from booking are selling you the stuning infinity pool and very modern hotel and premises, when we came there the inity pool made some portion of that impression, but not the same as from the picutres. The inifity pool ending with the glas, looked like the glas has never been cleaned and the water was kind of cloudy, but it was ok to swim in, just kind of took me back on the impression I had from the pictures. Also the premises were in total nice, but you can see the picutures were taken several years ago, it doesn take much to make it great again.

Located within easy walking distance from the ferry terminal. Close to restaurants and bars. Room was on ground floor and was clean, quiet and aircon worked well. Bed was comfortable with two pillows per person. Decent WiFi in room, but unable to connect in restaurant at breakfast times. Nice outlook over pool to the ocean and Gili Meno.

There wasn’t any information in the room about the hotel and services offered. No room service or reception number on our room phone. There are steep steps leading into the hotel, with no one watching for guests arriving to help bring the bags up the steps.

Great location, very clean and great quality especially for the price.

We didn’t receive our correct room with a beach view. The window wasn’t opened as we had a view of a metal fence.

Everything is spotless clean, and the location is smacking in the middle.. if you look for a spot for sunset and live music in the evening everything is in walking distance. Def would recommend or come back in the future.

I think something that could be improved is the breakfast station, the coffee machine to be exact. I was looking for a good coffee/ latte in the morn and they only got the instant brew machine (not nespresso) the one you usually have in the office. It would be better if they could improve the coffee station since not everyone likes sweet coffee from the machine. Pot-brewed black coffee (just like the tea) is also fine since you could add the milk your own.

Location in the middle of everything (yes, it is a small island but you will see what we mean). Breakfast was full of choices just weird (looks like buffet is for all customers but selected items were just for those who paid for it..idk, someone may correct me). Room was spacious and well organised, also cozy. Staff were friendly and helpful, but cleaning/room service needs some improvements.

For that price we were expecting a lot more. From first day to the last day room service got so messy and needs improvement. First day: all good. Next day: we went on a trip at 9am, arrived back at 3pm and they were in our room cleaning. We waited, when we returned they forgot to add towels, also did not receive small towels. Third day: again no towels, but also no shower gel and shampoo, they did not refill our bottles of water and add tea & coffee packs. Also the rooms advertised as soundproof…far from that. You could hear people not even talking but just walking in the halls. But you could not hear the noise/party in the streets if you are worried about that.

Excellent location close to everything and where the boat arrives. Good value for money and friendly staff. Very accommodating and let us do late check out. Easy to find and easy to get transport to/from the hotel. Despite the proximity to everything the rooms were quiet.

One of our rooms had water leaking from the lights but someone came to fix it and it stopped by the next day. The shower amenities could be better. The beds also made us a bit itchy (in separate rooms).

The location of this hotel was perfect- you are a minutes walk from the port which is ideal as there are no cars in Gili T. The staff here are fantastic! They helped us with our luggage at check-in and check-out (there are stairs at the entrance and to some of the rooms) & organised bikes for us outside the hotel. Our room was nice and clean. There is also a laundry service.

The air con in our room wasn't great & I found this very uncomfortable at night (we had it on the coldest & highest setting). There are only a handful of beanbags at the pool which meant it was difficult to stay there during the day. However, there are plenty of beaches & day clubs near-by.

Lovely rooms, polite staff, not far from dock. Not expensive.

The wine was not good at all. The infinity pool glass could do with a clean and all the mosaic tiles were coming off the pool sides and floor.

Our stay at The Marc with my partner and parents was fantastic. From the delicious breakfast to the clean and comfortable rooms, everything was perfect. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient. In the evening, the restaurant offers live shows, and both the food and performances are exceptional. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff—always welcoming, kind, and ready to assist with a smile. I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!
