The environment at the Pointe Villas felt new, stylish, peaceful and so relaxing despite being a 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Gili Trawangan 😎

Pointe villas was extremely clean and the staff were so happy and attentive. No request was too great. The prices of food and drink at the villas were the same as most places within Gili and their Bintang beer was actually cheaper than the supermarket. There was an excellent menu choice at breakfast which was delicious and we actually ate twice at the beach buffet as the food was as good, if not better than any of the other places we ate during our 13 night stay on this one of a kind island .

Amazing. We booked Ponte Villas for 3 nights. You get there by walking by a wooden pier. The villas are placed in two groups with a large pool in the middle of each. The area was completely clean and tidy, like our rooms. The rooms are beautifully designed, like the whole hotel. It was by far the best one we had in southeast Asia. Friendly staff and they have a lot of bikes to use.

As a German it's hard to not complain but I don't find anything really worth to complain about. The only two minor things I could mention are the brakes of the bikes which could use some tightening or replacing. The second minor thing was the portion size of the breakfast (Müsli) which was a bit small but still okay. One suggestion: Some Mocktails on the menu would be great as not everyone drinks Alkohol :)

Beautiful and peaceful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and direct access to poolside was great. We rented bikes from the hotel and explored the island and in the afternoons came to spend some time at the villa terrace and by the pool. Hotel staff were excellent and the service was on a very high level. We left a wallet to our hotel room during check out and realised it after travelling to the next island after several hours. The hotel answered our whatsapp message immediately and went to look for the wallet in our room. The wallet was found there (where my husband left in on the top shelf) and the hotel manager delivered the wallet to the beach where we came to pick it up later. Such a great service! Would highly recommend the hotel expecially to friends and couples.

We had a wonderful stay at Ponte Villas with our family of seven (kids aged 19–28). The place was very clean and well-maintained. It’s located just a short walk from the lively center, yet still peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing. During our stay, boat services to Bali were canceled for a day due to bad weather, which caused some travel issues. The reception staff were incredibly helpful in rebooking our travel and extending our stay. Their support made a big difference and was much appreciated. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, calm, and great service on Gili T!

Beautiful villas and long pool for relaxing swims. The room isn’t a typical villas size but it’s genuinely an adequate size with a spacious part outside bathroom. Shower area has no ceiling which is cool and surprisingly no bugs! (Which is my fear in hot countries in the evening ha). That staff were the major highlight - super friendly, always remembered my name and up for a chat / shown interest in what I was getting up to. I wish I could remember their names! Lovely breakfast to start the day with the sun peering in restaurant area in the morning (my fav time). Nice and quiet part of the island but not too far away from the buzzy harbours I would happily book again when I return to Gili T! Thank you guys for a lovely stay :)

Nothing is perfect right? So if I had to make a comment, I would say the walk from the villa, across the bridge every time you pop out can feel a bit long each time. However, renting a bicycle is encouraged to get around the area and make a huge difference. I just liked to walk a lot and I forget stuff sometimes, so that’s the only reason I have made this comment. Being tucked away minimises my noise, so we can’t have it all! Not an issue to prevent me from booking again :) (sorry if this sounds convoluted!)

Very nice villas-bungallos complex with own access to very ok to dip in sandy/corally beach with loungers and hotel own bar where you can order drinks and food on the hotel room bill. Hotel is located 3minutes walk from the beach by a nice boardwalk with lights at night - all safe and good. We stayed and a very nicely designed room - in think it was honeymoon bungalow. Breakfast was simple ala carta menu, but for sure sufficient and ok. It's 5-10min walk to main harbour area where most of shops are, however there is lots available already at the hotel area, so location wise fully recomond. Staff was very attentive and welcoming, although some might need to take a rest and recharge their kindness. It's not the cheapest place though, but it very well made the grade and gave us all we need to enjoy Gilies. And big plus is that everything felt quite new and neat - pictures are quite accurate. I would come back and recomend this place to a friend.

This place is a little gem - The staff are very friendly and helpful and the host was amazing. We contacted before arriving and they arranged our transport to the port from UBUD, secured our boat tickets and met us off the boat to ensure we got the local rates on the horse and cart for a short 5 minute ride to the villa. The rooms were moderate size - outside shower and very clean. Pool was beautiful and food was exceptional. The Villa is in a great spot - turn left for the port and all the busy bars - Turn right for the magnificent sunsets. We hired bikes (£5 a day) and so easy to get around the whole island to explore (takes about an hour no stops!) A huge thank you to Dani - you have an amazing team!! - we will be back!

Nothing - this place is fab

Gili T is quite a party island. Ponte Vila though is very calm right at the border of the main area in Gili T with all the restaurants & bars. So we could stay quiet in the hotel but had fast and I’m easy access to nightlife. Ponte Vila Service was extraordinary (“Antonio” was always a big help). I would definitely come back and definitely recommend to friends and family who choose to stay in Gili T. There where almost only couples during the period that we stayed there. Rooms were spacious, clean & and full of small thoughtful details. And the private free beach area was quite nice. Good quality was really good.

Menu during breakfast & dinner was a bit small but as said above always with good taste. Only thing I didn’t like was the access to the hotel: you have to pass next to construction area cause Ponte Vila is in second row - sometimes workers there whistle after the girls … destroys a bit the first impression. But you get used to it and it’s still with choosing that hotel.

The breakfast was amazing they took our orders and delivered we were well looked after the staff were very accomodating ans helpful . The location was out off the main traffic strip so was quiet which is good as some accomodations are on the strip and it can be quite noisey so if your after a quieter place to stay but only a bike ride away from the action this is the place to be . We were greeting on arrival at the pier by Ponte staff that guided us to a horse and cart to the accomodation . The staff had communicated via what's app prior even organised the fast boat to the island which made it so much easier and the fast boat was the best safe and comfortable ekajaya fast boat def recommend 👌. It's more direct to catch the boat from Padang bai instead of Sanur but be aware on your arrival back walk out to the Main Street to be picked up as we sat in traffic for nearly an hour ina 100m distance to get out .

Villa was beautiful and perfect location if you want to be away from all the party life 10 minutes up the road. The food at the hotel was also very nice on the beach front. You can rent bikes from the hotel too for a very good price and the rooms were cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend.

Not sure if this will be the case for everyone but I have sensitive skin and the pool had lots of chlorine in so it felt like my skin was burning, however my girlfriend went in the pool and she was fine. The bathroom is outside which was nice, however be careful not to keep the door open as we let a lot of bugs in, probably our own fault. The bathroom can be quite uncomfortable on a night as it gets very hot so brushing teeth before bed can feel like a workout! Other than that the hotel was perfect and couldn’t recommend enough!
