The hotel is nice across the street from a nice park. The room was a good space for the 6 days we were there. The staff for the most part were very friendly. The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast was very accommodating. The staff at the front of the hotel were excellent very helpful and kept the traffic moving.

The lady that checked us in was not forthcoming in the hotels amenities and would not give us a second key to access the room, but did give us a blank to keep the electricity going when we were out (my wife was working some so we could not go out separately). The gym lacked equipment and room for a good work out but the cardio equipment looked good. We went to the coffee shop in the lobby at about 3pm and had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to come take our order then another 15 for the snack to come.

I liked the consistent room standardization across Santika hotels, the delicious and well-organized breakfast, fast and efficient check-out, and the friendly, welcoming security staff at the front desk.

I did not like that I requested a twin-bedded room for my colleague, but the hotel failed to fulfill this request, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the check-in process took longer than expected, adding to the frustration upon arrival.

Decent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms in the centre of town opposite a park. Some amenities were lacking somewhat like the provided hair dryer was broken and they didn't have any other spare at that time. But otherwise everything was pretty good given the room prices. There are numerous eat outs nearby especially in the evening and the hotel breakfast was more than adequate. In general, a great place to stay in Mataram for a decent price

The location is great, in the middle of Mataram City. The staff was good and gave nice services. The pool was good, just in the middle of the hotel, where everyone can see you swim. Overall, was a really nice hotel!

The food choices were limited, some usual western food wasn't there. Tastes good, but less choices. The cleaning staff at the restaurant should be more aware to clean the used table, there was a table that wasn't get cleaned for a quite long time, and I need to remind the staff to clean it and get me some utensils.

just in case if you're two young girls like as and you're going to book a driver with the hotel.. be careful because our driver invited us to his home and it was very strange and we didn't feel that comfortable with him

Genuinely everything was AMAZING! The location was good, the staff were extremely accommodating to everything, the room was so clean. They gave many extra things in the hotel as well

Had a super pleasant stay. Reception was helpful, the room was perfect for what we needed and the breakfast was extensive. Location was great - close to immigration for a visa appointment.

The staff is very friendly and the place nice and modern. I enjoyed my stay. Good WiFi and a nice pool and lobby area.

The laundry was crazy expensive (never paid so much in my life for laundry) and took multiple days. Better use a local store just outside of the hotel.
