Staff is very friendly and helpful, shower is warm, clean and has good pressure. The pool is lovely and beds sleep well. But most of all the location is very close to the airport and offers a very good quality for an airport location. If you have a little day spare you can also visit Kuta which is only half an hour drive. I think this place has a too low rating on Booking. Really recommend this place before your flight!

The room was very clean and the property was very well maintained. I enjoyed the food in the restaurant and room service as well, and the staff were very friendly. It was a nice place to stop over before my flights.

I was a bit disappointed with the "gym" which was advertised, it was just a small room with a pingpong table and a couple of free weights. I was hoping for more of an actual gym facility. I was also a bit stressed that the free shuttle didn't run early in the morning, so I had to arrange a ride. These were two reasons I initially booked this location.

I always happy stay in this hotel. The staffs are really nice and super helpful. And, thanks much Booking.com to provide transport from the airport for free and upgrade the room. You and Ilira Lite are the best!

The staff were all absolutely lovely.Fantastic service. Rooms excellent value for the money.My room was very clean with comfy rwin beds and good bathroom with constant hot water. Nice design to the hotel.More ",classy" than i was expecting. Location excellent and free transfer in a nice large car For the price paid would recommend for overnight stay

The restsurant is set in a lovely position by the pool and has an extensive menu.However the food is rsther average and on the expensive side. The corridors could be noisy and there was a hugely annoying French family knocking on each others doors until 11.30pm and then again at 6am!! Queit zhe rest of the time.

Convenient location close to airport. Beautiful surroundings with good planting schemes, giving an ambience of peace and relaxation. Just right for our flight the next day.

Close proximity to airport, only 4 minutes drive. Very easy to arrange car and shuttle Staff were very helpful , to print 60 pages of documents for us. When we enter the room, we were surprised to find very beautiful and lovely flower decoration on the bed welcoming us. Very thoughtful. Thank you to house keeping staff who took the time to make it . Really appreciate it. Food in restaurant were very tasty and not too expensive.

Ideal location for airport transfer, free shuttles running throughout the morning or your own one can be arranged for a small 50k fee. Nice spacious room with tea and coffee making facilities and a good restaurant with a wide selection of dinner offerings.

I had a few bugs in my room and the bath/shower mat had not been properly cleaned as there was a stain on it. Would be nice if there was an ATM facility at the hotel but this is only a minor inconvenience.

Great clean room, I was just after 32 hours of travel from Ireland and the staff were so nice. Hot shower comfortable bed, room service and collection straight from the airport. Organised a lift to the port for me with the staff for the next morning. I felt very safe and comfortable.

Great place and amazing staff

Location is very near the airport, and there is complementary shuttle for pickup and droff. Great for an overnight layover in Lombok. The restaurant's food is delicious.
