They have a nice little café/restaurant with quite cheap prices, good food and free water refills if you carry your own water bottle. The staff was friendly and we were able to leave our luggage at reception after checkout. Room had everything you need a hotel room to have, comfy bed and 2 small water bottles included.

Only thing was that when we entered, the room smelled like the previous guest had been smoking in there. Also the view from the window is a bit ugly but it doesn't really matter

Clean rooms woth comfortable bed , friendly staff and good food made on premises to order for room service and economical prices. Great location in mataram local restaurants and shops, money exchange within walking distance.

The location is just right at the central ,the reception lady is quit nice and helpful.the local food also suit my partner taste as he quit fussy in eating Will definitely recommend

Our room is at the 3rd floor and the view is just the wall of the next building 😅.but it doesn't really matter to us.

The staff is very kind and the rooms are clean and comfortable. You can even order food and have it delivered to your room. They kept our luggage after checkout.

Cheap, the location also good. The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel location is not far from Mall and easy to access. They provide parking for car and bike.

I think they need to re-paint the wall. Cause it seems too old. And then during cleaning they throw the toothbrush kit from the hotel that I used but didn't provide a new one, so I had to go down to the lobby to ask for a new one.

Clean, large for its money. Plenty of supermarkets and fruit market nearby. , And even Mataram mall not too far.
