Stayed here 2 x on the way from and to the airport. First time we had a more expensive room and it was large and comfortable. Second time was a slightly cheaper room which was not as well finisihed and didn't offer any free drinks in the mini bar! (other than water:-)) but was also plenty comfortable. Both rooms had very generous sized beds. Our stay was pleasant and would defintely recommend for anyone having early or late flights. Restaurant was fine but nothing exceptional. Bar ran out of the special offer beer after 3 bottles which seemed a bit silly. Staff were all friendly and free airport shuttle was good

It was a bit noisy our second stay but that was because the hotel was full with youngsters travelling together for an event. A minor quibble and didn't warrant any complaint.

Swiss-Belcourt Lombok is a fantastic choice for anyone needing a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport. From start to finish, everything was smooth and well-organized. Communication with the hotel was excellent, and they provided a free airport transfer with a very helpful driver—such a great service after a long journey. The hotel is well set up for late arrivals, with the restaurant open until around 11 pm, ensuring that guests landing in the evening can still enjoy a meal. My room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, and everything needed for a restful night. Dinner was decent, and the breakfast buffet was comprehensive, offering a great variety of options to start the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. For an overnight stay near Lombok Airport, Swiss-Belcourt is a great choice—convenient, comfortable, and well-run. Highly recommended!

Right next to airport for my morning departure, that motivated me to book here, but the front desk staff handled my early arrival ansld scheduled an airport shuttle for me… the rainfall shower was a welcome blessing after a few weeks on the Gilis…

That centrally located by the airport blessing was also a curse as there didn’t seem to be any warungs nearby on my maps… as I left in the morning it appeared i could have walked up the road towards the airport ( turning right out of the parking lot) to locate a few conscience stores. I was able to eat at the hotel and all was well!

Only negative was, the shuttle(transfer service) I arrived to the shuttle at 8;35 and the driver told me that he just wanted to wait for another customer, which i was ok with, except that we ended up waiting for the other customer for 40 mins. I should ad its only 5 mins drive from airport to hotel, he could have dropped me off 5 times while waiting. It is a free service, But its frustrating after a long day of traveling. Next time i will just use a taxi.

Place is as described in pictures. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed. Very close to the airport, which was our reason to stay here. Staff is friendly. There is a restaurant on site for both breakfast and dinner, and seemed to be fairly popular. There is also a small shop outside on the left (attached to the building), that sells drinks and snacks, so it is perfectly fine for a short stay without accommodation. There is even a small gym and a pool, so for the price point, this is a fairly good deal.

There was a bit of a foul smell coming out of the bathroom drainage. OK for a one night stay but something they could probably fix. Shower head direction can not be adjusted. No fridge in the room a bit weird in a hotel like this.

I liked the proximity to the Airport, complimentary taxi to the Airport, a clean, modern hotel, pool, gym, ground floor lounge area, great staff, who were helpful and courteous, a good restaurant, and amazing value for money.

Water ingress was visible on the ceiling in the guest lounge area on the ground floor, probably due to either loose flashing, or a broken tile. This in no way affected the comfort of my stay, but the paint staining was the one, unfavourable impression of an otherwise delightful overnight stay.

We appreciated that we were able to check out late. The breakfast at the hotel deserves special mention, as it was not only abundant but also wonderfully diverse. The buffet included local Asian delicacies, as well as Western options and fresh fruits. This variety was a delightful surprise, catering to different tastes and ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel's amenities, such as the swimming pool area and small gym, added to the overall appeal. Both were well-maintained and provided a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind. The rooms were not only immaculate but also thoughtfully decorated, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The proximity to the airport was a convenience, and the complimentary shuttle service to the airport was a thoughtful touch that enhanced the overall experience. In conclusion, our stay at Swiss-Belcourt Lombok was highly enjoyable, thanks to the exceptional service, excellent breakfast choices, and well-maintained facilities. While our stay was fantastic, we would like to suggest an area for potential improvement – a focus on eco-friendliness. Providing options for refilling water bottles and minimizing plastic waste, for example, could contribute to a more sustainable environment. It would be nice if the hotel had a small shop.

Really attentive and kind staff. Convenient location for those who have to be at the airport the day after. They have free airport shuttles. The room was really clean and well maintained. Room service was excellent, as well as the restaurant.

This wasn’t a huge thing but the music from the speakers outside in the hallway could be heard from within a room. But when I had mentioned it to a staff member, they kindly turned it off in the evening so wasn’t a problem. Overall, great value for money.

The two staff who waited for us at the airport were all smiles. The fresh air throughout the lobby and hotel corridors (no aircon but it was surprisingly ok) the hotel rooms were bigger than I thought for that price point which was again a nice surprise. Beds were so comfortable! We all had a good sleep. Plenty of tasty vegetarian options for breakfast. We were also able to get some food via GoFood.

The swimming pool wasn't available on the night we were there. Food could've been replenished a bit quicker at breakfast.

Everything was perfect at this hotel which is about a 5-minute drive from the airport. We stayed for one night and could rest well before traveling back home. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and I have nothing to complain about the food. The staff is very friendly and offered a free shuttle to the airport for us. Nothing, the hotel made our stay worthwhile. Hopefully we'll return to Lombok again in the future.
