Stayed here 2 x on the way from and to the airport. First time we had a more expensive room and it was large and comfortable. Second time was a slightly cheaper room which was not as well finisihed and didn't offer any free drinks in the mini bar! (other than water:-)) but was also plenty comfortable. Both rooms had very generous sized beds. Our stay was pleasant and would defintely recommend for anyone having early or late flights. Restaurant was fine but nothing exceptional. Bar ran out of the special offer beer after 3 bottles which seemed a bit silly. Staff were all friendly and free airport shuttle was good

It was a bit noisy our second stay but that was because the hotel was full with youngsters travelling together for an event. A minor quibble and didn't warrant any complaint.

Swiss-Belcourt Lombok is a fantastic choice for anyone needing a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport. From start to finish, everything was smooth and well-organized. Communication with the hotel was excellent, and they provided a free airport transfer with a very helpful driver—such a great service after a long journey. The hotel is well set up for late arrivals, with the restaurant open until around 11 pm, ensuring that guests landing in the evening can still enjoy a meal. My room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, and everything needed for a restful night. Dinner was decent, and the breakfast buffet was comprehensive, offering a great variety of options to start the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. For an overnight stay near Lombok Airport, Swiss-Belcourt is a great choice—convenient, comfortable, and well-run. Highly recommended!

Right next to airport for my morning departure, that motivated me to book here, but the front desk staff handled my early arrival ansld scheduled an airport shuttle for me… the rainfall shower was a welcome blessing after a few weeks on the Gilis…

That centrally located by the airport blessing was also a curse as there didn’t seem to be any warungs nearby on my maps… as I left in the morning it appeared i could have walked up the road towards the airport ( turning right out of the parking lot) to locate a few conscience stores. I was able to eat at the hotel and all was well!

Only negative was, the shuttle(transfer service) I arrived to the shuttle at 8;35 and the driver told me that he just wanted to wait for another customer, which i was ok with, except that we ended up waiting for the other customer for 40 mins. I should ad its only 5 mins drive from airport to hotel, he could have dropped me off 5 times while waiting. It is a free service, But its frustrating after a long day of traveling. Next time i will just use a taxi.

The proximity of the hotel to the airport is definitely a plus. We arrived at Lombok in the evening and appreciate that we didn't have to travel far to check in and settle down for the night. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was good. The room itself has ample space n shelves to put our luggages. We love the extra large bed.

The shower glass partition is not wide enough, so the entire bathroom floor gets wet whenever someone takes a shower. Suggest to install a shower curtain.

Spotless clean, very comfortable bed, very good food at the restaurant (we had burgers and steaks, as good as I would expect from a pub in London). The staff was very helpful and kind, close to the airport. Ideal for a night stay before or after catching a flight We stayed in the past and we'll stay there again in the future. Swimming pool available, sadly not during our last visit due to maintenance. Highly recommend. Very good value for money

Place is as described in pictures. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed. Very close to the airport, which was our reason to stay here. Staff is friendly. There is a restaurant on site for both breakfast and dinner, and seemed to be fairly popular. There is also a small shop outside on the left (attached to the building), that sells drinks and snacks, so it is perfectly fine for a short stay without accommodation. There is even a small gym and a pool, so for the price point, this is a fairly good deal.

There was a bit of a foul smell coming out of the bathroom drainage. OK for a one night stay but something they could probably fix. Shower head direction can not be adjusted. No fridge in the room a bit weird in a hotel like this.

The main draw for this hotel is the location to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and I had some tasty food via room service.

Although I had a non-smoking room, it was on a smoking corridor and the intense smoke smell from the corridor could sometimes be detected in the room. The view was also out on to a busy and noisy road: as a consequence of this, I would only recommend the hotel for an airport stopover, rather than an actual holiday.

The staff has been really helpful, also providing information and contacts to organize excursions and transfers.

The hotel is not at a convinient walking distance from the airport. A car transfer is needed, especially if you arrive at night and it has to be paid extra and the price is relatively not cheap. The room had no exterior window but only interior, to a corridor where the lights are always turned on, so not especially good for sleeping.

It was close to the airport, which was my main criteria for choosing this hotel. It's out of the city, but I don't care because I was not there for tourism, and in fact I found it refreshing to be outside of crowded urban areas. Airport shuttle was free, you just need to tell the front desk that you need it and fix a time, as it's scheduled based on client request. I like the simple room decor, because I sleep easier in rooms like that.

All was good for me.
