Exceptional staff, central location. The swimming pools on-site are amazing and so is the bar.

Bathroom has a shower only but no tap. So it's hard to wash just your feet or to take a shower without getting your hair wet every time. Hair dryer provided is terrible so bring your own. Surrounding area is loud due to roosters and mosques but it's part of the vibe and local culture. Breakfast was lackluster and is not a buffet like most hotels. You only get to pick 1 dish and I'm quite disappointed by this.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are great, pool facilities were amazing. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options to choose from a menu. The dinner at the hotel was also very good. Yes there is noise from the mosque nearby. There are two buildings complex separated by a small road. Fridge in the room is nice for cold drinks. Good location in the main Kuta street with restaurants, shops

The small road to access the hotel is not in a good condition for an hotel of that standard.

My favourite breakfast item was the smoothie bowl but there were so many options to choose from! Fast and friendly service made it even more enjoyable. Reception were happy to organise drivers to take us to the airport.

There was honestly nothing to fault during our short stay at El Tropico, our room was made up daily and all staff including security were ready to help with anything. The pool and breakfast area was also clean and inviting.

Such a gorgeous little oasis! Pool and restaurant area beautiful, fab swim up bar, lovely chill out area outside room. Super clean and comfy room! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Yummy breakfast made to order from extensive menu, great coffee! We also had lunch there one day which was also fabulous. Great location down a quiet street 2 mins away from the beach.

3 pools inc 1 where kids are not allowed. Great food and really good staff looking after you. Suji and Egis were brilliant!

Very professional treatment from the start. The hotel is close to everything. Very lovely pool and magnificent service. The hotel is fresh and clean, the staff do everything to make you feel comfortable. The food in the hotel is better than outside restaurants. 5 stars for everything. Will definitely return to this hotel.

There is nothing negative to point out. Not even a single lizard in the room during our 4 day stay.

It’s spacious, it’s artistically designed and appealing to the eye. There is Smart TV with NETFLIX and YouTube in every room. Air conditioning works well. Beds are huge and comfortable. We like your choice of music in restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mala at front desk, to management Belinda and Rodi, to Rina and Suchar in restaurant. You guys are great.

It’s not like we didn’t like something but we think that safety boxes and may be a Spa on site would be a good addition to already beautiful hotel.

We had a very nice stay at El Tropico. The place is so beautiful... excellent breakfast, nice atmosphere, a huge room and plenty of water. Food was so delicious and so the cocktail! Definitely will come back!
